Happy with the purchase of a large wheelchair

I purchased a large wheelchair for my Labrador that suffers from a seriously osteoarthritic hock It arrived in good time and was packaged box inside a box which is always good with such a product As a career aerospace machinist I can honestly say the materials design and workmanship are about as good as can be expected Assembly itself was rather easy but I took my time fitting it to my Lab so she could walk with as little weight on the bad leg yet still use the leg Our first outing was just down the street The second was longer and she pooped Third outing was on an easy trail which she did easily with tail wagging the entire time and she pee d while in the wheelchair I know she doesn t understand why I m putting her in the wheelchair but seems to have accepted it easily

This was my third time ordering from walkin pets and they are always so nice and helpful I couldn t figure out how to get the rescue discount so I called and had them take my order over the phone which I m glad they did because stuff I wanted wasn t in stock They did all the work for me and I got my discount and was shipped very quickly Which is important for this company because the pets that they help really need these chairsFast It is life changing for them and helps some to even walk again My girl is 11 and is a rescue she is too far gone at this point But she does spine walk a lot more now that she has gotten her correct size chair Before this she just dragged her legs everywhere she is all scarred from it So thank you walkin pets for helping dogs like mine live a fulfilling life in spite of their disability

Happy Dog and better life with Walking Wheels

Prior to purchase your on-line videos did a great job helping me understand the benefits of the Walking Wheels how to train my dog to use it and how to measure her to get the right size The testimonials and the excellent number of videos were helpful Your product was easy to assemble with the use of the manual and the excellent on line videos It was easy to train my Border Collie how to use the product and readily accept using it She is so happy being able to take her longer walks and doesn t tire as easily and seems back to her old self while walking outside We are so happy to be able to do this for her and grateful that your product has added a better quality of life for her

The wheelchair arrived in a flash Very easy to assemble and very sturdy The company provides so much information through written instructions and videos on assembly proper fit placing the dog in the chair and taking them out Great customer service

I had an issue with the wheelchair that I owned for the last 5 years My disabled dog needs the chair to get around She has no use of her rear legs at all When I contacted the company I was so pleasantly pleased with the company and their understanding of my problem Autumn immediately researched my problem and came up with a solution right away My babies me chair is shipped and on the way to us I can t say enough about the customer service I was given Thank you so very much Walkin Wheels

Mainly dealing with one of the sales associates Autumn She was so pleasant and helpful at the same time She made me feel as though I was the most important customer the company had Very patient with answering my questions

Best wheels out there and really easy to assemble

Best wheels out there and I looked at several before ordering Light weight well made and certainly well thought out as to design and materials used I had absolutely no problem putting it together and I m 74 and used their online video which was very straight forward and easy to follow plus I could easily go back and rewatch any section of it as needed I liked that it didn t require any special tools to assemble it Fitting it to my dog took some time as each time I put my little Chihuahua into it I could see where adjustments were necessary as to width and height and strap lengths but I would go back to the video and look at the pictures of other dogs in it to see what I needed to do to make it fit my dog Unfortunately and without going into specifics due to the nature of my dog s disabilities it won t work for her but that had nothing to do with the wheels themselves Highly recommend walkinpets com and their customer service is top rate

Just ordered the large rear wheelchair for our pup and even from the start Walkinpets is proving to be an upstanding company Courteous friendly relates to clients needs and professional to ensure we receive the correct product we needed First call was to have questions answered Then when we called in a second time to place the order they had retained our notes from before may not sound like a lot but truly it speaks volumes to the type of service they provide to someone who hadn t even ordered their product yet They get fur baby parents and are there to assist simply said excellent service Thank you
