Delivery slower than you d expect but good quality

Ordered in February and had problems with my first order-the website isn t completely clear that goods are shipped from Ireland and so delivery time is a lot longer than you expect When my order arrived the sizing was haywire so I had to return and re-order I have to say though that the returns process for me was really smooth-got a paypal refund as soon as I confirmed Royal Mail had picked up the parcel When the coat arrived in the right size it was really good quality and husband was delighted

Good quality smart warm jacket

I ordered the coat at 10pm on Friday 13 January The web site indicated that there were 5 in stock So I was surprised when HD s message to me noted that I might have to wait 7 working days ie 24 January for Yodel s tracking details to appear I also looked at the Trustnet reviews and was very apprehensive about the purchase Imagine my surprise when Yodel emailed me at lunchtime Saturday 21 January to say that the item would be delivered today It came at 4 30 pm I m very pleased with the coat Good fit and very smart according to my wife The only minus is that it doesn t have a hanging loop so i may have to use a coat hanger

Great quality shoes just be patient with delivery time

Was dubious about ordering as seen bad reviews Ordered 2 pairs of shoes For my husband They took a long time to arrive so contacted handsome dans They responded immediately and told me they were at customs Two days later they arrived They are beautiful shoes my husband is well chuffed They are so different to anything in the shops and really good quality If i had one gripe i think handsome dans should manage peoples delivery expectation time Would definately recommend

Great colour for shorts

The shorts are great quality and just the right weight for the holidays Pockets are great Length is just fine The unusual orange colour was a great draw for me and what drew me to the site My only issue was that navigating around the whole site on my phone was difficult but that could have been operator error

This is a difficult one

This is a difficult one The products purchased to date have been great However the overall service is frustrating Items are advertised which what seems like a few days later suddenly attract discount percentages Returns are difficult no customer service to speak of as mentioned a tick box for Royal Mail and then goods have a Yodel tracking number Also there is an offer of 1-3 days via Evri which is misleading as the goods may not be dispatched for a week or more when I assume the 1-3 days kicks in Improve your customer service or reading previous reviews ignore at your peril

Great looks and comfy

Ordered 3 pairs of footwear 2 shoes and 1 trainers and love them all They re super comfy and look the business too which is a rare combination these days Delivery of 1 pair by Royal Mail was quick but the others from Yodel were significantly slower Not the fault of HD though Already have my eyes on my next purchases from HD

Item was great quality but too small

Item was great quality but too small for myself I returned the item and was reimbursed within a few days Good service aside mine having to take care of payment of returned goods A return label would have made the experience better but like I said I can t complain about the actual product - which isolated from the return price - derserved five stars

Great Shoes

I ve ordered a coat and shoes for my partner for a specific occasion two weeks prior I contacted customer service and was advised that the items were delayed at customs At the end they arrived about 10 days later than indicated by Handsome Dans The shoes are lovely fit perfectly and my partner loves wearing them The coat did not have any shape and made him look frumpy so we returned it The returns are not free and cost me addition 10 The money was reimbursed very swiftly Overall I believe that Hansdome Dans are a serious company and you can find really stylish and different items

Not quick but definitely worth the wait

Bought two sizes of jacket Yodel tracking was so slow and they both arrived 13 days later before Yodel even said they d received them Hadn t realised returns weren t free but on rereading the site makes it plain that free postage is only for exchanges Paid 3 20 returns so not a big deal Jacket is lovely something a bit different and husband v pleased Yes delivery took a while and we are all used to Amazon prime but as long as you know that then there s no problem Refund received four working days after returning via Royal Mail Would definitely buy from here again

Nice shorts

Unfortunately due to website glitch wrong size was ordered I noticed immediately and attempted to cancel amend That was a trying experience and wasn t able to do and they eventually contacted me after the wrong items were dispatched Delivery slow but they did make exchange an easy process Shorts are a nice fit but did have to size up
