Overall experience very good

The quality of clothing is good and clothing is true to size Delivery time is good The tracking services could be better as stated this can only be looked at only if 10 Working Days have passed Although I experienced an item which was missing from order I can only suggest you do not send message through site as you only get an automated response I did find the response quite amusing and it definitely didn t answer my question Please email customer services directly Customer services responded immediately and resolved missing item and sent it straight away

Recently bougt a coat lovely quality an colour fur lined really pleased little bit if await on delivery but no big deal would definitely buy again

First of all you advertise that my purchase was coming by Royal Mail but you sent it via Yodel Yodel and Evri are probably cheap but are the worst couriers in the business On tracking my item I found that it was in the depot for four days without being put out for delivery Despicable service However your service and goods are pretty good that s why I used you again after my first purchase I recommend you ditch Yodel and your reputation would be returned to its proper state

Brilliant

Brilliant I was not sure if the coat was going to be warm enough for winter dog walking At the weekend the temperature at the start of the walk was 0 degrees and I was really warm even had to lose my scarf on the more challenging uphill parts I am 66 and really feel the cold but not in this amazing coat and it is such good value as well

The only issue was the delay in receiving my order which given the weather and delays to flights from other countries I could accept however HD did quickly respond to my enquiry with the explanation When the coat arrived it was as described and fits like a glove I am tempted to buy another different coat and in fact was looking at them yesterday

Great styles and prices Delivery takes a week or so sizing was all bigger than standard UK sizing but goods refunded or exchanged for right size no problem and very happy with final purchases

Two tops ordered for my husband

I ordered a jumper hoodie for my husband I was getting a little concerned as to how long the goods were taking to arrive however I had to remind myself this is not Amazon Next or another large company and in the end the delivery time was as promised in their timescales The tops looked as good as on their website the quality is good All in all pleased with my purchases

I returned a delivery same day it was

UPDATE I was contacted by e mail on 15th Dec to say they had not yet received my return This was totally down to Royal Mail sending it all over the place My replacement has been sent out now despite this This I feel is good customer service however my opinion still stands regarding lack of a contact phone number as such have upgraded review to four stars I returned a delivery same day it was received for a replacement in a different size Despite numerous e mails i am still waiting for a response 11 days later and counting They have my money and i have no goods This was a Christmas present very disappointed No other way to contact other than by e mail

Coat and shoes

Handsome Dan gave good service and information via email Items purchased good quality and true to description Royal mail let HD down with Delivery no communication after initial email saying they were waiting for goods to arrive at depot then nothing no idea of Delivery date had an email 14th November delivered to address with photo left by my front gate not in safe place or a card to collect exposed to elements considering the cost of the items fortunately not raining BUT recommend HD VERY nice clothes DONE

Poor service

I left a one star review yesterday due to late delivery etc The items have arrived today and the shorts fit well and are of good quality therefore I am happy to change my review Delivery to UK has taken 14 days not the advertised 3 days I would suggest the delivery information on the website is adjusted accordingly hence the 4 stars not 5
