We recently went to view the new homes

We recently went to view the new homes at Hayfield Rise in West Lavington We cannot say enough in praise of Joe Baross He was professional courteous and considerate His customer service throughout the process with us considering purchasing a new home in Hayfield Rise could not have been better He talked us through the whole site Showed us around a number of homes Then showed us what the path of the sun would be like in the garden of the home we were interested in Thank you Joe for all your time and patience

5 Experience

Having lived in a new build previously we were reluctant to consider another one after issues with build and fitting quality However having visited Hayfield Grove and the sales office it was clear to see a huge difference between Hayfield and other developers We have been in our new home for nine months and couldn t be happier The attention to detail and high quality is great and any snagging or problems have been dealt with swiftly The after care provided by Hayfield is what has made the experience so positive particularly from Hannah who is always on hand to provide solutions and support She has made it a 5 star experience

Great experience at Hayfield Park

We visited Hayfield Park a few weeks ago and we re so impressed with the quality and style of the homes Although we won t be in a position to buy for another couple of years the sales team Katy and Francesco were so lovely and helpful They took so much time to tell us about the development even though they knew our situation We were made to feel so welcome and are so happy we decided to drop in

Louise at Customer Service at Hallow is consistently helpful friendly and informative She responds promptly to our queries both before and since our move into our home here She is easy to approach Thank you for smoothing out our move here

A welcoming smile and informative tour

A welcoming smile and informative tour of the show house from Claire left us with a great impression of Hayfield We did decide the development was not for us but the help response to our visit was excellent And the show house itself Firstly the house was furnished well but the rooms were small and cramped in our opinion The impression we had was the house design was trying to punch above its weight including dining and dressing areas which could have been put to better use The stairs were steep twisted and unsuitable for elderly people we felt In summary full marks for sales and marketing average for house build

I visited Hayfield Rose and Joe showed me around the show home great quality build and peaceful location I would recommend the site if you re looking for a high standard of new build Joe was very friendly and didn t pressure me into making a decision or try and push it like most other estate agents have done in the past Highly recommended

We have had an amazing experience purchasing our home at Clophill Lakes Hayfield homes are building an excellent development here and we are so pleased to be part of it We would like to express our Thanks to Fran and Zizzi for all their help and assistants throughout our journey Nothing has been too much trouble at all and we are very grateful to them

Hayfield Bromham Site

We recently moved in to a bungalow on the Hayfield Bromham site Katy was very helpful on the sales related issues including support with the processing of some of the legal documentation During the build Luke kept us well informed with regular progress reports and site visits And since moving in he has been very helpful with the resolution of the snagging issues

Hayfield Rise development

We started the process of selling our home and buying a Hayfield Rise house around 16 months ago but the housing market has conspired against us until recently However we have just exchanged contracts on a lovely house and now look forward to moving in soon Throughout this extended process the team at the Hayfield Rise development have been professional and friendly whilst delivering a high quality service to match the properties We ve had most contact with Joe and he has always been available on the end of the telephone when needed Thanks again to the team at Hayfield Rise

Between Christmas and New Year we decided

Between Christmas and New Year we decided wanted to downsize from our large family house to a smaller home After a wander around Hayfield Rise a visit to the show home our decision was made We met Joe Barros who has within one month secured a reserve on our future Lavington home Joe has been invaluable with his help answering every question query that has arisen His professional informative personalised attention has been the key to moving forward so quickly We are so grateful to Joe for his constant attention to every need even down to us choosing the finishes for look forward to moving into our beautiful new home
