Many problems after 4 years

Lovely home in Southmoor but 4 years in and 4 kitchen unit doors blown supplier gone bust guttering leaking at joints in 2 places and leaking pipes Plus slipped roof tiles Previous house 30 years and not one problem They don t make them like they used to

We moved into our Hayfield homes in

We moved into our Hayfield homes in Silsoe full of excitement- our home is beautiful however trying to get Hayfield to complete our snag list has been dreadful you have constantly have to keep on - they promise to contact you but it takes weeks and then sometimes only after our persistent calling we are now waiting - monthsfor our garden to be sorted - well garden is an understatement- our garden is so boggy that the grass cannot grow - we now live with mostly mud - how can Hayfield say that their aftercare service is exceptional - I would be happy to speak to some of the managers to get my garden sorted so that I can at long last walk in my garden and be proud of it

Good service

We were very nervous about downsizing to a bungalow especially a new build but we have been very impressed with the standard of the homes and the service we have received so far We have our fingers crossed to move in soon

Speak as you find The houses are built to a mid-high end specification with a lot of thought into design and utility They project executive success and are aspirational homes for young families The eco credentials are good and I would suggest buyers look at battery technology to finish the job Customer relations people are knowledgeable and professional and I came away having had a good experience I m not buying but I know something about housing and this developer is not looking to cut every corner they are looking to deliver a product of some quality

Been in our house a year now 1st new

Been in our house a year now 1st new build experience Had a few snags which was expected thankfully nothing on the level that some others have experienced on this development Hayfield were very responsive in resolving issues whilst they were still on site Has got a lot harder since they left Mostly disappointed in the quality of the back lawn which they just didn t want to address at all Overall though a positive experience

Thorough and attentive aftercare

We moved into our Hayfield home just over a year ago and the aftercare has been fantastic Any issues we ve encountered have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and without question Luke Taylor-Hodge who manages the aftercare for our site is attentive and approachable and reacts quickly too Luke had eased any stressful moments throughout the moving in process and has continued to do so ever since too

A visit to Hatfield Rise

We visited Hatfield Rise at West Lavington and met Joe who immediately made us feel most welcomed Joe was very professional and through friendly questioning quickly establish what we were looking for providing key information on the two types of property on site which best suited our criteria Very impressed with the whole site and the eco credentials offered a tour of the show house highlighted the quality finish Many thanks Joe for your kind attention and follow up information Phil and Sarah

Angela and Nicky were very helpful and

Angela and Nicky were very helpful and took thier time in showing us the model explaining in details how many houses are been built on site We were than taken on to the site and shown the beautiful Burton house which we loved and reserved it They made us feel very much at ease and have great people and customer service skills thank you for all your help both so far We are looking forward to moving to our new house after completion Keep up the good work Angela and Nicky Warm regards from Justin and Lodovina Fernandes
