Had a lovely visit to Hayfield lodge last week and the sales staff were so friendly and helpful I was greeted by Stephanie and Katy who told me a bit about the development Katy showed me all the standard features and fittings within the show home which was just beautiful And then I met Samantha whilst looking over the model of the whole development and I was really impressed with the garden sizes and open space The whole experience was delightful - very pleased to have discovered Hayfield builders

Luke and his customer care team have been a credit to your company every time I email with anything that needs to be done they come straight back to me with times and dates of the relevant trade that come and look at any issues Highly recommended Hayfield and there outstanding built homes and customer care team Kind regards Ross and Victoria Kilroy

I wanted a future proofed home when I returned from living overseas I bought my Hayfield home sight unseen over the internet - always a big risk- but all has turned out even better than I thought There were no nasty surprises and many pleasant ones Their after sales service and attention to detail was excellent Hannah was always there to help with any issues that arose which she ensured were speedily put right The bungalow has been cosy and warm all winter after some issues with the heat pump had been sorted All in all it has been a very pleasant experience moving into my Hayfield home and I have no hesitation recommending one to any prospective buyer

Our experience so far has been amazing Anita and Charlotte are fantastic They have been so accommodating friendly and helpful throughout always happy to jump on a call to clarify anything we need It s made the process a lot less stressful having them on hand Hayfields are living up to expectations thanks to these two Looking forward to the next step in our journey and getting the keys to our beautiful new home Thanks both

2 weeks ago myself and my girlfriend bought a house from Hayfield From the first informative phone call to the reservation meeting Sam Kirstie have been absolutely incredible As first time buyers it was a bit daunting purchasing a house but they made it almost effortless and were attentive throughout the experience We cannot wait to move into our exquisite home in a few months time

Hayfield Homes are rather special - the attention to detail and customer service has been exceptional from the first visit to the show home to finally moving in 3 weeks ago We are now being looked after by Luke Taylor-Hodge who is very professional and dealing with our very minor snagging issues with care We have been impressed with the site team too - Andy the site manager has also been very helpful and has a nothing is too much trouble approach which is very much appreciated All in all we are very happy to have moved to a Hayfield home

We visited Hayfield Bromham a number of times dealing directly with Katy During our first visit Katy sat with us to find out exactly what we were looking for in our best home and how Hayfield could help Katy then took us round the site and plot we were looking at and was happy to answer any question no matter how small Katy kept us updated throughout via email and phone and we would recommend her to anyone looking to visit purchase on the Hayfield Bromham site

Luke is an absolute asset to Hayfield as he has gone above and beyond ensuring that any issues raised have been resolved within a timely manner As a family we really appreciate his excellent customer service and genuine caring approach Thank you

We recently bought out first new build property at Hayfield Rise in West Lavington Wiltshire We visited the property a few times before purchasing it and had good phone and email communication from Angela in between the visits Angela was very friendly professional and knowledgeable on each occasion She was also very patient as it took us a while to finally decide which property was right for us Having decided on the lovely Bourton home we are now being looked after by Hannah who manages the after care Hannah is also friendly and approachable and it has been so beneficial to have Hannah on hand to help us with any thing we were unsure of She is also very quick to respond to messages and communicates well to ensure we know what s going on Overall our experience of buying a new house so far has been excellent and we would definitely recommend the company to potential buyers

I can honestly say our experience with Hayfield Homes has been a very good experience from choosing the property to moving in Hayfield s houses are beautiful well designed and spacious They put a lot of effort into making their properties a home and not just a house Once we moved in we did have some minor snags but these where dealt with swiftly and to a great standard Cannot fault the customer care team We would particularly like to thank Amie Marc Laura and Sam they are a credit to Hayfield Homes Well done all of you keep up the good work we are very happy with our purchase home M
