Love the boots and the brand Delivery was ok time wise and free so can t really complain The website is clunky and needs updating especially search options and functions

Purchased cruz ankle boots they are gorgeous and so comfy Delivered quickly but no update on order

Brilliant delivery

Brilliant delivery great product the only thing I would say I have bought a size 5 in heavenly feet boots before and these came up a bit smaller wearing them for a few days has stretched and softened but def not same length as previous size 5

Disappointed Initially But Subsequently Pleased

For the first time my Heavenly Feet boots had to be returned as they were rubbing my heel and ankle I was not given a refund despite them not being fit for purpose as there was some grit on the soles and they could not be resold Update - My boots were returned to a Shoe Value shop who did not issue a refund I subsequently contacted Heavenly Feet who responded to my email and who did issue a credit note for the replacement of my boots Well done Heavenly Feet

I love heavenly feet especially Trudy sandals My latest sliders aren t quite as comfy as I ve came to expect from Heavanly feet

Comfy boots but on the big side

The order took a little while to process before being dispatched but my boots came well packaged and there was clear communication of the dispatch and delivery The boots purchased are comfy to wear but I needed an insoles in them as they are a bit roomy without them I was concerned out them being tight around my leg but again there was plenty of space and I can zip them up easily So far the quality seems good

Great product and communication from heavenly feet Let down by Royal Mail as delivery date for birthday surprise was missed and a day late without explanation That said would use heavenly feet again just have to order earlier next time hence four stars not 5 Product is 5 stars postage company 4 stars being generous here
