My experience with the day hab was fantastic from day 1 when I emailed them to book in the team was very welcoming an so helpfull made me feel at ease straight away the group sessions are really helpful an enjoyable I am now coming up to 10 months sober I really could not of done it with the day hab

I don t even know where to start with

I don t even know where to start with thanking this wonderful organisation for the help they have given to my son Thank you just isn t enough to express how they not only saved my son s life but saved my sanity Drug addiction as most people know doesn t just affect the addict but it impacts on the families too For two years I called upon this organisation in tears with nowhere else to turn when the situation was getting so bad with my son and every time someone was at the end of that phone giving me the support that I needed as a parent a mother and someone as desperate I was to get my son help I cannot thank them enough for that March 2020 my son eventually decided that he wanted the help although always said he needed the help When he told me he wanted the help I knew he was ready and within 24 hours he was on his way to rehab having made the most life-changing decision he has ever made and 10 months on he has remained clean and sober and I couldn t be more proud of him A man now enjoying a life he never thought he would see again I now have my son back he has his family back and we are all there to support him I could not be prouder of the man he has become But he would never have achieved this without the wonderful dedicated caring knowledgeable and caring staff that have brought him this far THANK YOU everyone involved in his care I wish everyone involved in rehab at present the best of luck and remember there is a life out there worth living - and Help4Addiction are the people to make your dreams come true My son s dreams came true and yours can too

Help 4 Addiction have just supported me through an 8 day home detox from Alcohol From the time my parents enquired about the home detox to having a phone consultation with Dr Iqbal and detox medication prescribed was a matter of days Dr Iqbal was informative empathetic and encouraging which put me at ease from the start as in previous detox s I have found the Consultant Psychiatrist s impersonal and disinterested in the patient In addition the speed in which I was able to start the detox was brilliant If it wasn t for Help 4 Addiction I would have had to go down the route of using the local drug and alcohol agency which I have done so in the past this would have taken anything from 8 weeks to 3 months and only leads to my physical and mental health getting considerably worse I would like to say a huge thank you also to Michael who called me everyday he was kind compassionate knowledgeable and had a sense of humour which really helps when your detoxing He was great at suggesting meetings and advice for how to continue after the detox Overall I had a comfortable detox from alcohol and am now sober and could not recommend this service more highly Thank you Help 4 Addiction

The team put me at ease and gave me all the information I needed I didn t know where to start so I m pleased I picked up the phone My daughter leaves rehab on Sunday and is doing so very well
