1st contact is everything

For me its the 1st contact My agent was very knowledgable and helpfull She answered every question and even followed up to see if anything else was needed This is the type of Customer service that rarely exists today

Wonderful and respectful service

I received my packet a lot sooner than expected however the two questionnaire pages were in Spanish I understand and read Spanish but my children do not I called and was told another packet would be mailed out I am now waiting for it to arrive Service was courteous and very reassuring I deeply appreciated being spoken to as an adult since lately it seems many companies including healthcare providers speak to the elderly as if we were two year olds I have been recommending your services to my friends and relatives

It wouldn t hurt anyone to be prepared for the final day And this company seems to be quite respected for providing smooth and quality funeral services I was glad to see that they offer cremation services as well All in all they will get you covered with whatever your final wish is and make the process less stressful for your family

Approximately two weeks ago on March 4 2024 I called to find out what final expenses meant It was graciously explained to me and all my questions were answered And if after I thought I understood if I still didn t they patiently explained it again The whole experience was great and simply amazing It turned out to be easy how simple you can plan everything and do it all before hand Now that s what I call stress-free I m so glad I did this now everything is taken care of Thank you Barbara Willis
