Amazing team best rates

Fantastic team in limerick Shannon and with the best rates by far We needed a hire car because of a car accident with our own and Eamonn Kevin we so helpful and understanding We had to make various changes to our hire situation and each time it was never a problem They did everything they could to help us in a difficult situation and to make everything go smoothly They were absolutely wonderful I will definately be using them again and I HIGHLY recommend them

Fast response from customer services

Mistakes can happen but his one got fixed very quickly Returning the car to Dublin airport I was informed that I had covered 2100 km and incurred a charge for excess mileage This was more than double what I had actually driven I had no proof that the initial mileage was incorrect and realized that there was no point in taking a long discussion with the otherwise polite and friendly Hertz representative checking returns So I sent an email to customer services but had little hope of achieving anything It was a pleasant surprise to receive a prompt reply A review of my rental had found that mileage had been incorrectly recorded and that I would receive a refund Note to self take a photo of the odometer next time

Hertz welcomes us home

Hertz has always been there to welcome us home over many years They have always taken care of us and provided excellent service at competitive rates With all the chaos created by this pandemic Hertz were both flexible and understanding They were kind enough to change our booking several times to accommodate the ever changing rules of travel We finally arrived into Dublin anxiously passed though immigration to be greeted by a friendly and professional guy at the Hertz counter He immediately took care of us - transparent and hassle free - and set us on our way After many years abroad we d made it home Hertz were there once again to welcome us home and it felt amazing Thank you for always taking care of us

Hertz-Dublin City Center- Samantha went above and beyond for us She was so warm and friendly and she helped us set up our GPS phone link after looking into our gps questions She took extra time to brief us and answer questions about our hybrid vehicle She remembered us 9 days later when we returned our car She chatted with us about our trip and she called a taxi for us She obviously loves her job and she loves helping others

Hertz - Belfast International Airport Office Nov 2021 Once again Valerie and C aran made sure everything went smoothly No fuss Fair price Really nice choice of cars In my experience other rental companies charge more for really generic and often older vehicles I want a car that is nice to drive with a name I recognise A BMW Merc or VW What more could you ask for Highly Recommended

I travel frequently and know well the pain and stress a car rental company can cause I ve been using Hertz exclusively in N Ireland over the last 10 years and have never had a problem Vaughan and the team at Hertz N I have been fantastic and I would not consider using another car rental company They went above and beyond sorting out rental problems when I got covid in 2022

I would highly recommend Hertz Car Hire Dublin After my son got off a long haul flight he was let down badly by another car rental that he had booked with I would especially like to mention Michael Dublin T1 and his excellent customer service and for sorting my extremely tired and emotional son after being away from home for 3 years We will be definitely be using Hertz from now on Thank you
