I put my order in July and didn t look at the FAQ page I sent numerous DM s and a few emails I waited out the 5-7 weeks for it to come Still no product and I couldn t get a refund So I left it alone and just thought of it as a lost cause Then I started to DM Hidden Cosmetics in late October and they assure me that my product would be here My product came yesterday and I can say that Hidden Cosmetics kept their word Thank you

The glitter pots are amazing The colours are so nice and I love doing my makeup with them Customer service isn t to hard to deal with and they do respond pretty quickly I would give it more stars if it was a speedy delivery but I understand 100 that they are not to blame COVID is Amazing products

So in my previous review I said not to order from this company however I have since received my order the products are great quality and tho I personally would not order from them again only due to their long posting time However once they had shipped it my order arrived very quickly and their customer service is wonderful very helpful and friendly

I placed an order like 3 months ago i started to think the conpany was a scam but i just received my items and they are good

First and foremost the product is amazing It was really good quality for the price But this was only received after I ordered it over ten months ago and received no replies to the multiple Instagram messages and emails I had sent After what felt like I had lost all hope I got a reply and finally my order was found This is a small business so I completely understand the mix up but the fact that they were continually posting on social media and not replying to my messages was deeply upsetting I also did not receive my third product because it was out of stock even though it was when it was ordered The customer service is not great but I am trying my best to understand But overall the product is a great product Through this process I will recommend this brand to others but not without a warning first and foremost

I ordered a couple of items back on December 11 2020 As of today Feb 16 2021 I still do not have them I emailed a couple of times to ask when I should expect them and have not heard from anyone I understand that shipping overseas takes time but to not have responded to my emails makes me think this place is a scam 3 5 21 I received my order last night They were very apologetic and even spent me a little extra I wore some eye shadow this morning and it is beautiful

I placed an order back in October 2020 I got it in the mail March 4th so I definitely was upset about the length of time I had to wait They did respond to my emails and DMs however I didn t actually get to use the products I ordered when I needed them Once I got them they are very beautiful very pigmented and show just as expected

So I FINALLY received my order It took a couple months to get it but considering Covid the fact that they re in the UK I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was keeping in touch with me during the shipping process I loved the products and use both mineral chrome eyeshadows ALOT Would definitely buy from them again

While the delivery didn t take long the products are a huge let down Non of the pigments look anything like their posts on Instagram and the glitters are almost similar in color even though one of them is supposed to have a holographic effect Including taxes and shipping I ended up paying 103 euros for a tiny amount of product that s highly disappointing

Edit 11 7- I did end up receiving my order after making a social media post them reaching out to me again Then my package finally got scanned as received by the carrier arrived couple weeks later I have not tried the products yet as in the time I waited for my order I bought glitters from other companies I will say the method in which it took for me to get in touch with customer service was ridiculous which is why I only increased 2 stars they reach out to me more now about changing my review than they did when I was emailing them about my order which is why I m giving them 3 stars which in my book is being kind bcuz it took forever to get my package customer service was poor at best until I blasted a post tagged them on Instagram I wish I could give negative stars I ordered on September 15th and after a few weeks of not receiving any tracking information or an update saying my order was shipped I reached out to them via the customer service email only to be ignored until finally I commented on one of their posts on Instagram on Instagram and immediately I got somebody inboxing me asking my order number I provided my order number only to be ignored for days again until I finally message them back and said that they had horrible customer service and this is exactly what I was complaining about on their post and then They finally responded and said my order was being prepared to ship A few days later I received an email with the tracking number and here we are 10 days later and that tracking number still cannot be found in the Carrier system so it s probably a fake tracking number Mind you I chose tracking as they suggested to make sure I could locate my package and I still can t locate my package If you live in the United States there are tons of companies that sell the same if not better products and none of this hassle and horrible customer service
