It did take a while to arrive but when it did I was floored I am going to order again and hope for the best because this makeup is stunning

Took a bit longer than expected to arrive But my products came and I love it all Really intense colours and definitely eye catching I can t wait to carry on trying new looks with them

I received my products via PR The products are absolutely out of this world I was contacted for PR In December and received it in february I m sure the shipping time is much quicker with orders Even if not the products are WORTH THE WAIT

I have ordered twice with Hidden Cosmetics because I am OBSESSED with their products I have several pigments and glitters and have fun with all of them I was finally able to get my hands on the primer which made things even better The only complaints I have is the shipping and how long it takes to receive for example I ordered in August of 22 and didn t receive my package until October of 22 I am in the states though so I know there is a delay in shipping and just found out about the Royal Mail strike which doesn t help matters The other complaint is trying to get a hold of someone via IG or email Now that is like pulling teeth I would get a response on IG send a message right back only to see it go unnoticed for weeks When I received my last order it was missing an item I tried to contact customer service my email got no response the only way I got a response was I made a comment on their IG page and was able to get a response finally They did rectify the situation and I received my package very fast I love helping small businesses and want to see Hidden Cosmetics strive I hope they come back with a vengeance I can t wait to see what you ll come up with

The product arrived a bit later than I hoped but when it did I loved it The packaging is small but you don t need much as will last a long time The colour is amazing and interesting to see how the pigment works both dry and wet when you add water to it Definately will be buying some more from them

Hey all My order was taking a little longer to arrive than I thought it should so I reached out to customer service and they took good care of me When ordering abroad sometimes things do take a little longer so I waited a while before I reached out but when they reshipped my order it got here in less than two weeks The product is very cute It does have a bit of a learning curve if you don t do make up often but look up a few tutorials and you ll be on your way I would order again

Ordered 4 Jan 2021 received 25 Jan 2021 It takes a while but I got it in the end The only reason for the 4 stars is that you really don t get much product for the price The pots are super tiny It does say 2g on the website but 14 total including postage for 2g of product is honestly very very expensive For that reason I won t be buying again It is very pretty on the eyelid but perhaps I didn t wait long enough for the mixing medium to dry as it did crease on my eyelid Overall if someone really wants super shiny glittery makeup and is willing to spend the money wait for the delivery then go for it

The products I ordered are phenomenal My only issues was the shipping process It took quite a long time to get a shipping status and tracking number More shipping services should be available as well Other wise I will be ordering more soon
