I had initially left a bad review for this company based on the terrible experience I had when I queried my order I did speak to someone from customer care both via social meadow and then via email at their request The initial response I got was that I was treated quite badly and spoken to badly only to then be blocked on social media However- a different person I think from HC then reached out to assist with my complaint and my order This person apologised profusely for the way I had been treated and assured me that this was not the norm for HC which I accept My products did finally arrive and although I ve not fully played around with them yet I can tell that they are of fantastic quality and the glitter pigments are absolutely amazing I also noted that you only need the tiniest bit and it goes such a long way I initially said I would not order from Hidden Cosmetics again but I probably would and hope that the next time customer care get in touch- it s a more pleasant experience

This is the 3rd review that I ve posted for this company the previous two were taken down as agreed with the company After a couple of months waiting I ve finally received my order my experience with this company has been awful and the customer journey needs improving From first glance the products look really good and I m excited to use them I ve read other comment where they didn t receive much product but there s a good amount of product in each container I also received an extra glow dust for the inconvenience of having to keep getting in contact to receive my order which also looks really good The packaging is a bit odd as my mum first reaction was that it looked like it had come from someone house instead of a legit company im hoping the products are good and worth the work up and hopefully in the future - when customer service has been improved - I could order from them again

So I did write a bad review to begin with but after finally receiving my order I am so far very impressed with the products I ordered neon pink name so fabulous and the glitter in 1982 and without water or primer they still swatch really well I was still a little disappointed with the customer service as they only seemed to reply to bad social media comments after deleting them and also I do understand that some post has been affected due to covid-19 however I feel 5 weeks to wait for a product to arrive from the same country as me is quite a long wait I would be a bit dubious about ordering again just because of the super long dispatch time as my items didn t even get posted untill last week when I placed my order at the beginning of August

Abosutlely shocking service from this company I ve ordered a few tones from them before and never been treated like this I ordered a highlighter on the 29th September still no product and ignoring my messages and deleting my comments How can you expect to be a successful business when you have such lack of customer service Will never order from them again would rather pay the extra for somewhere else I will not stop untilI ve either got my product or a refund Update - after posting this review i received my product today with a gift Glad i finally received my product after waiting weeks and it should not have got to this in order to get what i paid for Otherwise very pleased

This is an update on my last review I finally received my order from July today wasn t Inlove with the packaging wasn t best quality but I do appreciate that hidden cosmetics refunded me fully since my order was so late I do appreciate that The pigment was nice and the colors were pretty

It has been a month since I have ordered from Hidden Cosmetics and I have not received any tracking numbers My emails have not been responded to Finally i received a message over Instagram today and i got told that my order would be shipped by the end of the week It was not After another week my order was shipped Finally the products arrived 6 weeks after the order I like the products But I don t like the custumer service and the long wait for the products

The only reason I m giving them 3 stars is they refund my CC after numerous IG messages I say bombard their email IG messages FB messages until they respond and you get your product or refund I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN lesson due your research on the company before you buy their products

My order did take a few months to get to me but with Covid and coming from out of the country it s understandable Once I received my items they were beautiful and exactly as described Also the owner is really good about answering emails or messages on social media

First time ever buying from them they have really pretty products The shipping is long but I m okay with I didn t receive the product I original wanted so I had to contact them They were nice but it was a little frustrating I got a refund at the end tho I might purchase again in the future They have something really great here I hope all the bugs can be fixed in the Futrue

I m giving it a 3 I bought my product a LONG time ago and there products are to die for They re absolute heaven I ordered from them again and nothing They stole my money and I never received my products Everyone loves my old purchases but I never recommend this company as they are thieves But if they actually do work as a business and the products do arrive they are the best products you ll ever ask for
