Worst customer service I ve ever
Worst customer service I ve ever experienced I received Devo Pro wireless headphones with a faulty bluetooth module and contacted the customer service exactly describing the issue how I tested it and that I tested it with 3 different devices This was exactly 2 weeks ago Customer service is really slow and I m not sure whether they can t or don t want to understand me In their first reply they instructed me to test the bluetooth module like I m an idiot even though I told them that I tested it and even though they must be aware of the issue because afterwards I found forum post from other consumers which had the the same issue with them some even with the replacement module After confirming the issue they told me to send it back to the US where they check returns only on Mondays After the confirmation of my return they ll send my a replacement What a ridiculous exchange process I then asked for a shipping label because I m definitely not paying for shipping in this case 2 days later I still didn t have a reply so I told them how I feel about the whole experience Again 2 days later I received a short email with the shortest imaginable apology And they told me that I have to send it back to Poland not to the US That s it No Label or anything The headphones still have a strong chemical smell after 2 weeks I haven t received a proper invoice to this day For the the market segment they want to be in this is mindbogglingly bad customer service
