Great customer service
I bought a pair of earbuds in the airport and it stopped working after 20 days Then I contacted the customer service and Sudio sent me a new brand N2 model to compensate the issue Customer service also was great Overall good experience and quality customer service

Ya I am greatly appreciate the team assist me to solve my issue I hear NIO products because I know the product quality are good Unfortunately the first item that I purchase earbuds was broken cause by sweating contact the moment I using it for indoor cycling It was my very first time using this NIO for cycling everything gone After class I find out the microphone not working I getting in touch with NIO team to clarify further because the moment I was disappointed because I use it one time then broken I feel that I am lucky enough the team willing to understand my issue and willing to do a replacement Appreciate for the efficiency services that provided by NIO team Personally I totally feel great for the after sales service that always a trust and confident to purchase NIO items Thank you Mia and NIO TEAM

Recently my sudio Ett stopped charging
Recently my sudio Ett stopped charging in their case and connected via Bluetooth to my phone so they didn t charge at all I contacted support and they were very helpful but sadly it did not fix my Ett but they arrange the replacement

I bought 2 sets of Sudio earbuds One was faulty I emailed Sudio and without giving me a hard time they offered to replace it but also to upgrade me to the latest model Emma at Sudio was great friendly helpful and responded almost immediately to my emails Furthermore Sudio is a great product and we very happy customers Thank you Emma
