Product arrived in perfect condition

Product arrived in perfect condition however took nearly two months to arrive Customer service could be improved as i wasn t contacted or kept up to date about any of the delays I did get a relatively quick responce when I personally contacted the seller but I was still left confused and in the dark about when the product would arrive or why it was taking so long

Had preordered a vinyl however did not arrive when it said it would Gave it a couple weeks and then had to get in touch Received an email back saying there was a new release date not the case as other record shops received this on the correct date - suspect that they oversold The next date came and went and again I had to chase up I would expect communication from a company esp when money was taken initially Received my vinyls 2 months later look in good condition Very mixed and puts me off ordering again

Improving delivery and packaging service

This evaluation is for the entire service and the delivery company that works with you in Portugal did not provide a good service there is a lack of information about the delivery date of the order The packaging is also not the best I bought 2 vinyl records and the packaging does not protect the corners they arrived crumpled I understand these comments of mine as a criticism to improve if I would buy from your store again yes of course

Good selection but poor customer service

Good service when records are available But in three cases I have ordered something on the website and after four months of not receiving anything I was told that the record was never in stock in the first place Then following an extensive back and forth of emails trying to sort a new record and generating gift cards to reimburse me It s really not a great experience and should be easy to fix by preventing consumers to buy Out of Stock products

Stop playing the victim Horizons

Getting more emails from Horizons saying they are being targeted on socials and to leave positive reviews Neil If you want positive reviews it s simple - change the layout of your site to make it more obvious what you DONT have in stock - refund people when they ask and stop lying that it takes 14 days - Stop blatantly stealing money - Stop verbally abusing customers PROBLEM SOLVED It s quite simple business tactics I ve had 1 positive and 1 VERY negative instance with Horizons so I can leave this review with experience I don t appreciate the spam emails playing the victim when all the negative reviews are REAL

Changed order

Ordered something Then didn t hear anything Chased up 1 month later and received a reply that one of the records was out of stock they d been unable to find anywhere Asked if there was something else I wanted so I found another record which had just come back into stock and arrived in the 48hours like promised So one not great and one good experience average review overall

Not received yet after paying for next day delivery

I ordered Sunday morning and paid 8 99 for next day delivery to be told today it will either be delivered tomorrow or Thursday No apologies or money back I am so disgusted with there service I will not be ordering in futureI appreciate what you are saying on your reply but even if orders are only sent mon-Fri then mine should have been sent yesterday and delivered today

Great selection of records but website not up to date

Great selection of records but please guys sort out the website and keep more up to date on stock levels My order took a month and I had to swap some records out as they were advertised as in stock but were in fact out of stock I ll give 3 stars as they did arrive eventually but the experience leaves me a bit wary of ordering again Get the stock database up to date and you re sorted

I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and it wasn t even in stock but over 6 was still taken as an extra payment
