The 15 euro customs charge on just one record was disappointing but the record is great Maybe you should set up an EU operation

Had to wait a month from release date

Had to wait a month from release date of single got another copy from elsewhere which was delivered a day after I ordered it Doubt I will use Horizon again

Mostly pretty decent Not great at confirming shipping preorder dates and failed to alert me that I had to pay for additional postage owing to a delay in a preorder

Lots of great titles to choose from but

Lots of great titles to choose from but it can be hard to know what is in stock or when its back My last order had an item unavailable but I was able to make a change and have the order dispatched It would be helpful to add to pending orders instead of making a new order each time you see something new

Bit of a mixed bag

I placed an order just after new year and received it five weeks later I reached out after three weeks of not hearing anything and was told the order was delayed because one of the items was on back order this was not listed on the website I found this very frustrating that no one reached out to me and I had to contact the company to find out what was happening However once contacted the team was very helpful and we arranged for a separate shipment which arrived the following week with no issues and in great condition So all in all I would say it was a mixed bag - I would order again but not if I needed it any time soon

Late delivery

The order took months to arrive When I chased coincidentally a new batch had arrived that same day - meaning my order was finally dispatched Once that was done it arrived super quickly

Next day delivery option took 12 days

Originally ordered an indies exclusive from the website which stated in stock and paid for next day delivery I ordered fairly late on a Wednesday night so expected this to be delivered friday No delivery arrived emailed no reply so I called Person stated that they were working through emails email received later that day stating this was on back order no stating this online was told I could have a replacement alternative which I accepted expecting this next day but now as this was late on a Friday expected Monday Told them I was going away the following week No order arrived had to get the item redirected to where I was despite paying next day delivery Ordered on 31 05 2023 and finally received on 12 06 2023

I get more ads from Horizons

I get more ads from Horizons than I could ever have imagined I do a lot of deleting My issue with this purchase is the huge delay in shipping my pre-order The release date was November 25 2022 and I still have not received the cd s in January 2023 All other companies I pre-order from have the item delivered to me on the release date or just after So that is the last order I plan to make from Horizons I ll stick with Amazon Lexer Music Burning Shed or any of the other half dozen I usually pre-order from

Order 46213 was placed in mid November

Order 46213 was placed in mid November 2022 it is now 14 Feb 2023 Although it took a while to ship I finally received the tracking number today I am due a refund on two albums that were not in stock so will update this review once I receive the refund

At least they re trying

The vinyl I bought was incorrectly listed as a coloured version I bought it purely for this reason and at over 40 it was a costly mistake However the guys at Horizon dealt with the issue well changed the listing online and I was compensated I will be using Horizon again though we all make mistakes and they have such a massive selection of records it would be a shame not to
