Did not stock product advertised only thing received was personal insult- no refund

Ordered a Christmas gift 30th Nov received email to say order being prepared Chased progress 10 days later to be told never had item in stock choose an exchange I asked for a refund was asked again to choose an exchange even though I wasn t exhanging so I asked for a refund again and told 14 working days That was on 10th December it is now 3rd January and when I emailed them today to ask about my refund their response said I think you are a little dim

FAKE FIVE STAR REVIEWS

Please do not be fooled by the five or four star reviews on here These are FAKE and posted by the scammers at Horizons Music themselves If you have been scammed by this dodgy company then contact your bank and credit card company immediately You can also put a complaint in at Action Fraud Police - check on Google - very easy procedure Multiple third party sites PayPal Discogs Ebay have now BANNED Horizons for hundreds of complaints There is even a Twitter X handle called Horizons Steals or similar Avoid at all cost

Orders never dispatched got blamed for it no refund

Been waiting for orders for ages Supposedly there is a box saying those items were on backorder spoiler there isn t So waited several weeks then when I asked for a refund they told me I needed to wait what 14 working days just for a refund to be activated It s pretty crazy customer service is unresponsive and I found the whole thing very disrespectful overall

Like others it s a shame you cannot give zero stars Ordered mid December Told in stock Nothing arrived Asked to cancel as Christmas came and went No response for ages Then told cancellation would take 14 working days 14 A month after placing the order no records no refund Steer well clear

I ordered a vinyl for Christmas on the 28th of November after roughly 40 days item was never delivered to my address I requested a refund politely and correctly and there customer service went quite Shocking company emails are real short and unprofessional not even a signature By looking at other reviews I am not the first STAY WELL CLEAR

Scammers Please stay clear

Scammers they put up vinyls they don t have stock to and then steal your money giving you bullshit excuses to stall you please anyone do not buy from this store they have been reported to fraud investigation team I m my behalf so hopefully they get shut down so this don t happen to anyone else

Do not expect to get your record from this site I ordered from them in October and I m still waiting in January for it the record was supposedly in stock Their correspondence is poor eventually they said they would refund me in December and I have not got this from them either Avoid them

Item not received and store refused to refund

Placed an order in August for an item that appeared to be in stock When it didn t arrive I contacted them to be told that it was on order with the supplier After a few months of waiting with no updates I started requesting a refund At this point they stopped responding to my emails After finally managing to get a response from them they are now saying that I can t have a refund only a store credit Looking through other reviews here it seems many others have had a similar experience Avoid this store

Horrible company to deal with

Horizon Music website lets you place orders for items that they have no actual stock of Trust me they will take your money and send you nothing If you contact them you will be offered a worthless store credit for something else they likely have no stock of either If you want your actual money back good luck getting it My first email reply to them clearly asked for a refund and they just stalled for several days before asking again did I really want a refund and if I did it would take 14 days I m still waiting

Ordered in good faith Was asked to remind them about the order No updates No response Then when I asked for a refund they ignored then asked if I wanted store credit They then told me it would be 14 days until they would start the refund process Chased multiple times after the 14 days Eventually did receive the refund Vile company Scammers
