There are clearly some issues with this

There are clearly some issues with this business but hopefully they can sort them out as I don t believe they are scammers I ordered 4 items shown as in stock but 3 weeks later had not received anything I contacted the customer services email and it turned out they were waiting for an update on one record I amended my order and received the records a week later In my opinion one month to receive an order is not good enough but more concerning is the poor communication If they are having issues with their stock control and dispatch processes communication with customers should be top priority to manage expectations I would potentially buy from here again but not for anything urgent and I would be straight onto customer services if a dispatch notification didn t arrive promptly following a purchase

Bad service

Item advertised as in stock with 48hr delivery it wasn t in stock and took almost two weeks to arrive Extremely disappointed as this was a present for my partner on valentines day

A whole year taken to receive original order

I placed a big order that s value exceeded 1000 in May 2022 After 40 to 50 emails sent or received later I have 1 record left to send out There were some changes to this order applied and a credit note was provided for records that were no longer available however every time i chased for delivery i was told next week or it is in picking I wasnt going to review as i have had such a long battle to get my records and being almost there i was just going to draw a line in the sand and never give Horizons my custom again but then when i was asked to review via email and had a look at all the other issues people are having The if it is a small team running this business then it obviously isn t enough and they need to employ more people to deal with the level of orders that must be getting placed

Unprofessionalism

Made quite a large order for many vinyls that admittedly had a reasonable price Made allowances for long shipment time but after a long wait and no responses to my multiple emails had to threaten to speak to my banks fraud department to get a response out of the owner Admittedly he did refund me originally but still tried to keep my orders instead of honouring my request straight away and I did get some of the vinyls in my order at a reasonable price hence the 2nd star Found it unprofessional how the owner sent an email begging for positive reviews on TP because of supposed lies about the quality of the service the same energy of a jilted lover acting butthurt about his girlfriend leaving him From first hand experience I can tell you they re not lying

I was told my parcel had been delivered

I was told my parcel had been delivered when it had not been I chased this and was told very rudely by the member of staff that it had been delivered The parcel was delivered the next day The delivery being late is not the fault of the company however the really rude response is Also I got annoyed with constant emails about 6 a day advertising items that were being sold Had there have been one or even two emails I would have viewed them but they were constant

I got sent the wrong album

I got sent the wrong album sent multiple emails never heard anything back from them Asking for positive reviews in E-mails is really low Definitely do not recommend

Not recommended

I purchased and paid for a vinyl with 48 hour delivery 3 weeks later I contacted the company to track the purchase and I was told it was out of stock and would be dispatched in a week I contacted the company each week three more times and was told the same thing After filing a complaint with Amazon the item was dispatched No apology and no refund of the delivery charge

Look elsewhere

Ordered months in advance for delivery on release Didn t arrive no contact about it Chased them slow getting back with a feeble reply Didn t even offer to refund the extra money paid for express delivery

Order seemed to have been forgotten

Order not fulfilled despite 3 day delivery ended up getting delivered monthly later after chasing up the seller Once arrived items of a good standard just a bit worrying that it appeared to have been forgotten

Hard Work

Ordered in December 2022 Product delivered in April 2023 I don t actually believe they had any stock of the item when the order was placed and several emails suggested that the order was on backorder Poor communication and when the order was finally delivered - the vinyl was not sealed and the cardboard on the box was damaged Oh well
