Like others below I ordered an album

Like others below I ordered an album which was out of stock everywhere else I then panicked after reading the below reviews here A week after ordering I received a DPD notice to say they were delivering my parcel I then received an email from Neil which was very polite and friendly saying it was on its way Then a follow up email after delivery which again was very friendly Yes it wasn t next day as paid for but given the time of year strikes etc I can forgive that The vinyl was packaged well and I m very pleased

My experience was good

My experience was OK I was very worried after reading the reviews One of the records I d ordered wasn t in stock although it did indicate it was on the website I was notified about this changed my order for an alternative record that was in stock had to pay a little extra Everything was delivered in a week which included the bank holiday All in all a good experience

The package arrived today

The package arrived today much like the tortoise rather than the hare horizons get there in the end with what I ordered Have used them before and looked at unfulfilled for a while on the order but they usually deliver

Perfect condition

Ordered a vinyl that they were selling that I couldnt find anywhere else Was slightly cautious at first as saw the reviews online but this vinyl was my partner s favourite album and it is so hard to get hold of so i bought it from Horizon s online store 3 days later it arrived I had chosen DPD next day delivery and it took 2 extra days to arrive which made me ever so slightly worried but the vinyl was in perfect condition and is now sitting pretty in our collection Very happy

Horizons take their time but finally sent the vinyl

I buy in horizons a very difficult to find vinyl at a very good price The initial shipment was delayed more than I expected but finally the vinyl was sent and arrive without problems by tractable mail I always knew where the vinyl was The company always answer all my mails asking patience for the delay I made my purchase from Uruguay

Multiple orders happy customer

I have ordered vinyl multiple times from Horizons Music which have arrived in perfect condition One minor issue with an order not being dispatched however they were just waiting on a restock and got back to me really quicky about it A happy customer thank you will be ordering again soon

Don t believe everything you read

Don t believe everything you read After reading all the mixed reviews I was a little sceptical about placing an order My experience after two orders with a 3rd on preorder has been fine The first was dispatched promptly with zero issues The 2nd was on preorder delivery was held up due to a number of issues with UMC which were corroborated by other music retailers My order has now been delivered I m very happy with it I m sure that my 3rd order will be just fine too Oh and to those who complain about the marketing emails these are a common feature of any online business If you don t want them simply tap the Unsubscribe link it does exactly what it says

A small personal company

Owing to the way Horizons obtain their stock it can be difficult to determine availability They are a small company so one has to be patient particularly with new releases but they usually will be able to get an item which for some titles could be the only way to obtain hard to find records They will always respond to e-mails should there be a need to get in touch

They get awful reviews but my experience wasn t bad

I ve read horrendous reviews of this company and was expecting the worst but I ordered watch the throne on vinyl The dispatch was a little slow but I can forgive that since it was the festive period Had to mark them down for the AWFUL number of advertisement emails I received that I don t even remember signing up for I think I got about 7 promotional emails in a day

Great service this time

I ve had mixed experiences with Horizons in the past you might have read about them advertising out of stock titles but in this case they advertised a title that was 90 on Discogs for 15 and came through Great service and communication in this instance
