We bought our icandy peach nearly 2 years ago - we spent a long time deciding which pram to buy a bit This product is by far superior to anything else out there We ve been on several holidays and the pram has been thrown around and battered but is still is steady and strong More recently one of the parts broke I emailed I was resolved within two working days Amazing I would highly recommend the brand and wouldn t look anywhere else for a buggy

Quick Delivery Issue Resolved

Ordered my icandy travel system and the it arrived the next day Everything was well packaged and when unboxed we noticed both rain covers missing I emailed and this was dealt with very quickly and my rain covers arrived within a few days

I bought the iCandy peach 7 in biscotti and it is brilliant Used the bassinet everyday in the early days for naps as it is safe for sleep and converting it to the chair was easy my baby loves it It s a very stylish pram and very easy to use Customer service and delivery was fantastic too Highly recommend

I made a mistake and ordered 2 of each item I contacted customer services via email on the Saturday day of ordering I had a reply on the Tuesday Monday was bank holiday to say that 1 of each item had been cancelled and a refund issued I received the refund within 2 days

I purchased the iCandy Peach 7 in Ivy and absolutely love it The look of the peach is very stylish and it s so comfortable seeing as my baby always falls asleep in it The product is very practical easy to put together and fold away It s a smooth push and can be used on all terrain We love a staycation and the iCandy has been perfect as it s suitable for overnight sleeping Everything was explained clearly when it arrived and it was very easy to build Customer service are first class any questions I had I could call them and get the answers so quickly Highly recommend best product of it s kind out there

So much more than a beautiful pram

My icandy biscotti pram arrived 5 weeks after my son was born It was end of July and it proved to be so much more than a pram Not only is it easy to put up and down but it can be modulated to accommodate my 3 under 4 which for park walks when I have desperately needed to leave the house have been essential It s lightweight surprisingly even with pushing 3 and it s honestly saved me some days to get out and get fresh air with my kids
