Outstanding customer service

Absolutely outstanding customer service I emailed to ask if I could buy a part for my broken pram they offered to pick it up service it and repair it all free of charge Unfortunately it couldn t be repaired so they sent a replacement pram the next day I honestly can t thank slivercross enough they have gone above and beyond I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Customer service great

Recently purchased a new travel set with a pushchair carseat and so on for a relative as a present They d chosen a specific colour but the carseat with that set was black which they didn t really want Contacted Hannah at customer services who couldn t have been more helpful in arranging to swap it out for the colour they preferred Silvercross is NOT a cheap purchase but the customer service matches up to the pricetag Thanks Hannah

Customer service absolutely brilliant with Silver cross I was dealing with Amber and everything was made extremely easy for me The buffet high chairs are truly amazing products and would 100 recommend this brand and high chair to anyone

Excellent experience with Tasmine at customer service She was more than happy to help and replied to my emails very promptly We have pretty much all baby items from silver cross - cot wardrobe drawers travel system pushchair snow suit and will soon be purchasing a larger car seat Been very happy with the quality of the silver cross products knowing that if there is an issue and there are friendly helpful people like Tasmine makes me want to continue using silver cross for all my babies purchases

Not only is the pram bundle we bought so beautiful stylish and practical but the customer service was second to none We had a problem we thought with the zip fastening of one of the pram covers Tamsine went out of her way to not only find the order on the system when I couldn t identify it but then sent photographs of how it should be done without judgement because we felt so foolish Brilliant experience
