Our Ignis electric fireplace is stunning and less than 1 yr old Fireplace stopped working 3 months ago We submitted warranty forms properly No response Hired an attorney who sent out a first letter No response Then certified no response Only requesting a clicker replacement since apparently we have a defective remote No response Call them and they no longer respond Their customer service is null and void Would not recommend purchasing from Ignis due to their non responsiveness And all we need is a remote replacement
