Very good experience from demo in store to purchase to delivery and easy set up Appreciate the support that we re told is available for simple questions to troubleshooting Would definitely recommend to everyone who suffers with chronic body pain issues It s nice to be able to have an at home way to help relax and have a reprieve from tightness pain

If I had only known before Dealing with chronic back pain caused by a slipped disc as well as a pinched nerve I still remember the nights I could not sleep because of pain the days I had to call in to work because I couldn t Now I have retrained my body thanks to my Infinity Evolution and sleep better then I ever have and when I start to feel any sort of stiffness I have an Immediate solution The chair is Choreographed in such a way To hit all the spots you need I love it thank you Infinity don t know how I ever managed without

Outstanding experience from purchase to delivery to technical support to using the chair almost daily It is everything we wanted and works great We learn something new on tailoring our massages every time we use it Our favorite massage changes each day which is a good thing

As someone who suffers from chronic pain I couldn t resist purchasing the Infinity Pro handheld deep tissue massager This may sound like a bad review but its the very opposite I had issues with my original device customer service -specifically Amber Bergstrom--was right on the ball-reaching out in every way possible to resolve my issue She arranged to send me a replacement device I am thrilled with it Even more so in this day age where everything relies on automation impersonal interactions Amber really made the difference

Steve Romero was fantastic He was very patient with my seemingly endless questions he walked me through all of the features and different options available and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process No pressure just great service The chair arrived earthen we expected it is great quality and I have enjoyed every minute I spend in it This was a major purchase for me but I am ever so glad I did it Only wish I had done it sooner

Our experience in purchasing receiving and support with our Infinity Massage Chair has been outstanding Tiffany our sales rep was wonderful Not only was she super knowledgeable but fun and sweet as well making our purchase experience awesome The chair itself is so amazing We have had it for about 2 months now and we use it all the time We are sleeping better and feel so much better The foot piece arrived damaged from shipping Infinity sent us a new one right away and followed up to make sure it arrived and walk us through any install help needed We highly recommend this product and company

Overall pleased Issues caused by shipper XPO including delayed drop off and missing one of the 2 boxes But this isn t Infinity s fault Amber with the customer service team was very responsive to resolve the issues in a timely way Product works well
