I only ordered 2 custom vinyl jackets

I only ordered 2 custom vinyl jackets I don t see how that would take more than two weeks to fulfill order as my order is unfulfilled even at this moment Communication is horrible I would be willing to change my rating if I receive communication from my emails and dms about my 2 TWO vinyl JACKETS Or please send a refund for this order ORDER ITC30325 Thank you

It has been 3 months already still nothing Waste of time and money

The worst sound I ever heard

I got the record and realized it was the worst sound I ever heard The right channel is mostly noise that starts on the record before the first track starts on every record on every side And now I understand that the only thing I can do with this record is to throw it away They didn t check this record after recording I wrote them by e-mail and they haven t answered me about a problem with the record As an additional point - they have smelly paint and use it for cover printing So it was the last time I have ordered anything from Intheclouds

Vinyl too big

I ordered a custom 10 star vinyl and it was too big I then emailed about it and they wrote me back saying they received my email and haven t replied back in a week

Totally disappointed

Totally disappointed Still did not received my order it was to be ready first week of January the shipping label produced January 25th but the package still not shipped Feb9th Sadly i was really hoping for a more reliable company as i wanted to order few more

Too many issues and no support

The order took close to 4 months to receive I had no response from their support team And to make matters worse when I did receive the LP the front and back cover was a completely different colour to what I had uploaded and the digital proof they sent It should ve been close to black and white but it arrived as a dusty pink The vinyl itself was a nice white colour however I also noticed a crack on side A in the centre Overall I don t think I would use these guys again Not a good experience

I put in my order for a 7 inch vinyl

I put in my order for a 7 inch vinyl jacket around mid December I never got confirmation or estimated delivery date I sent them four emails and It took them over a month and a half to contact me By then I had canceled the purchase through my bank Finally they responded and ended up sending me the printed jacket anyway The printing quality was terrible and off-center Part of my image was cropped off The vinyl quality and color was not correct either Overall did not have a great experience

Over 2 months and still hasn t shipped

I bought a vinyl record for my boyfriend s birthday and it s been 2 months and still hasn t shipped They did respond quickly through email but told me the same thing both times it s taking longer than anticipated ship time At this point I just want my money back Sucks that I was really excited to gift this to someone Order still hasn t shipped not a good experience
