Fine product abysmal customer service

I ordered a custom vinyl sleeve The shipping time said 10-12 business days yet it took 6 weeks to arrive Throughout the 6 weeks I got emails from the company asking me to pay 100 for rush shipping to get my order in the time frame I was originally told I would get it in my order was 10 I contacted customer service which sent me a bot response in return I replied that my issue hasn t been resolved and was contacted by a customer service rep who said he flagged the order and would email me back with an update which I never got I received the sleeve after the 6 weeks and while the quality of my order was good I waited three times longer than I should have for it with no help from the other end

Jacket Quality Subpar

My product came with errors The vinyl jacket had blue paint sprayed on the front and the jacket artwork was very blurry compared to the high DPI files I had sent The vinyl itself is fine but the overall display and physical quality of the jacket is not satisfactory Additionally I reached out to their customer service 2 5 weeks ago and have not heard anything from a resolution standpoint I am happy to update my review once customer service gets back to me

haven t received the record after ordering well in advance purposefully as a birthday gift for my partner have reached out via instagram and email and have not received any response very hard company to get in touch with especially considering the product was expensive and sentimental update emailed after the review response and still have not received ANY shipping updates ordered in september

There was an audible hum sound on the

There was an audible hum sound on the vinyl presumably from the cutting machine and I don t know why they would leave such a wide amount of blank space near the outer rim of the vinyl before cutting the grooves UPDATE Despite what they said below about resolving the situation they never did follow up with me about that That was just lip service I guess

Still hasn t even shipped

I ordered this for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift quite a while ago and emailed twice to ask about the progress even messaging the Instagram page No response at all If my order is going to be late I NEED a response but I haven t heard a peep Edit she s broken up with me and it STILL hasn t shipped

They will ignore you and won t ship your order

It s been multiple weeks since I tried contacting them and no answer I ordered my product months in advance in order to get it in time and it is now well past the due date with 0 updates If they could at least give order updates but noo they would rather post on all their socials and send multiple random promo emails a week Seeing all the reviews on here and comments on their socials it seems they often get away with this I would not recommend the organization needs to do way better If by the end of December I still haven t received any update I will cancel my credit card payment

I placed an order for a custom vinyl on November 16th and have sadly still not received anything I have sent multiple emails but no response I was really looking forward to giving this as a Christmas gift and am hoping that I will receive it before I go back to school as I am on college break right now I hope to be able to edit my review after I get my vinyl Order ITC29401

Took Forever not the best quality

I ordered a custom record on November 8th in hope it would come in time for my Christmas to gift to my older sister It didn t arrive until January 13th Whenever it finally arrived the cover photo was a lot more pink than the original photo I gave them same with the back cover and the labels inside The overall record itself was good quality but she hasn t played it yet When we tried to reach out to the company to see where my order was or why it was taking so long they never answered my emails and they didn t have a phone number to contact They claimed that it would take four weeks to make and two weeks to deliver I got mine over two months after I ordered it I understand it is a lengthy process but if I am ordering something way in advance and reaching out to your company I at least expect a response

NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY YET

Hello I recently put in an order for a custom vinyl though it seems that my email on my account is wrong Which is strange considering it s just the email attached to my account and I didn t even have to manual insert it Could I please update that email to the correct one and also have a progress update on the product I ordered please I have emailed several times and went to message intheclouds social media and no response Please help

Updated review part 2 After not hearing from the company for 6 weeks even after contacting them I put a one star review up and they immediately sent a shipping label It still took a couple weeks to ship which is fine When the product arrived it looked and sounded great but was somehow missing a track This is a cool idea but I m not sure this company is able to keep up with their demand
