The vinyl itself plays great but the jacket and labels are grainy even after providing a high dpi file Additionally the jacket is very flimsy can t stand up when holding it straight up and it also smells bad due to the printing chemicals they use Even months after receiving it the smell is still there Good on the vinyl OK on the jacket and labels

Hello I recently put in an order for a custom vinyl though it seems that my email on my account is wrong Which is strange considering it s just the email attached to my account and I didn t even have to manual insert it Could I please update that email to the correct one and also have a progress update on the product I ordered please It is my first valentines married with my partner and I want to make it perfect I have sent a few emails about it but have gotten no response so I figured I d try here I appreciate all your hard work and help thank you

This is an updated review Once it was delivered the record looked and sounded great Very glad to have purchased it I understand the company gets a lot of orders and so they may not be fulfilled on time but I would suggest they find a way to communicate in a more timely manner with customers especially if the they are contacted directly

It took a very very very long time to arrive

didn t hear any update for about 2 months but eventually got my custom cd i love it a lot and packaging was pretty good

Beside the time it took to ship out everything was prefect

The process of making was easy The reason I didn t give five stars is because when my vinyl came it had some scratches on it and normal I d assume they re from me because I wouldn t shift the blame but I had literally just opened it Then I was shocked by Side B of my vinyl looping in 2 different spots I would ve reached out to customer support if Side A wasn t near perfection Alongside this the audio quality is a little lacking from what I was expecting based on reviews If I were to get another custom vinyl like the one I ordered I d probably see about somewhere else The only thing holding me back from rating this lower is the price If my vinyl had been say 20 more for the same thing I would have expected flawless quality so I guess you get what you pay for but still 60 is steep for what I got Besides that the quality is okay and I enjoyed what I listened too on Side A and what I could on Side B The jacket quality is great too 4 5

A lot better then last time slighty low quality photos and still off centered but it s much better then last time and the sound quality is sounding really good for a custom vinyl

Great product great printing and a great cover The team were really lovely and responsive too and I got a nice note from them in the package to The only reason I m not giving a five star is that sadly the music seems a bit warbled - maybe something happened in transcribing the music from mp3 to vinyl but it feels warped The record isn t warped but the record is - with steady notes wavering a bit Still I trust the team and will give them my business in future I have another record coming so hopefully this is just a once off issue
