Hello This is the third time I have ordered from this company and for the third time I am very satisfied The products are particularly impressive in terms of price-performance and customer service We bought three e-scooters and tested them all Of course the scooters are not on the same level as VMax and other expensive top products but they are significantly cheaper For the way to work a quick shop or a trip are easily accessible I especially like the t4 zamelux green e No problem for heavy people thanks to the strong suspension and peak power of 1000 watts Customer service was available to me for almost 24 hours before the purchase during the purchase and afterwards and was courteous Thank you

I have ordered an s9 max scooter few weeks ago arrived within 3 days When I first used I could only reach 25 kmh so I contacted customer service they got back to me quickly and explained how to unlock the speed limit So now when is fully charge I can reach 35kmh which is amazing for the price

22 november Update Annie from customer service has been very helpful to setup the price to 215 and sent me 2 complimentary locks and a scooter bag on top of the scooter I have not tried the scooter yet but everything seems alright for now Will update my review after checking the scooter itself 6 November i have been checking scooters for my commute and came across with isinwheel I have seen on their website S9Max for 214 99 and I was eligible for an additional 20 discount for running 5k in Strava I was happy to purchase the scooter and when I went to checkout it showed me the price as 329 I have contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all I will complain to Citizens Advice because this is against the consumer law to show one price and to charge a different price at checkout

I can t fault isinwheel s customer service and after sale support I have owned an isinwheel GT2 off road e-scooter for over one year and had a slight problem I purchased a replacement throttle and cable which is a straight forward process as it s basically a plug and play set-up The replacement was sent with full postal service and tracking It s a great service as you can follow the entire process and journey of the order you place such an efficient system You can definitely feel confident when you purchase from isinwheel with excellent customer care and support I positively recommend 100
