We ordered 2 bikes but the original courier only delivered 1 I contacted Isinwheel by email and left a voicemail thinking the other bike might still be on the van I got a call back in minutes and a couple of hours later a message saying my bike was on it s way The bikes are brilliant easy to build comfortable just what we wanted
