I purchased an electric scooter for my son for Christmas After 6 months it randomly decided it wouldn t stay on I was hesitant purchasing the scooter as I hadn t heard of the company so when it broke I was concerned on what would happen Well to say the situation was handled amazingly would be an understatement They sent a new part which didn t rectify the problem so they arranger a courier to collect the scooter and returned it a week later FOC There customer services was second to none

I purchased the S9 max 500w a few weeks ago now and considering I am am OAP it s great fun to ride Customer support was spot on getting back to me with a resolution to a question very promptly The scooter climbs hills with ease and top speed is reached swiftly Battery life has improved with each charge getting about 18 - 22 miles on a charge The scooter is sturdy well made and gives a comfortable ride I am amazed at the quality for a very reasonable price If you are looking for a scooter I would highly recommend this one Look out for discount codes and grab a bargin

I have just purchased a U2 electric bike The bike arrived within 2 days The instructions in the manual and the video made the assembly straightforward The bike has performed really well - beyond my expectations It rides really well and the pedal assist is a boon I had a small problem with the lights of my own making Customer support provided excellent and patient guidance and everything is fine nowI would strongly recommend the U2 electric cycle

My experience with this company was first class they always return my emails When ordered it came very probably only took around two days in first class condition But as for the machine itself and definitely for the money I think it s absolutely amazing I have had it two weeks now with absolutely no problems It looks great feels great and goes great Basically everything is pretty great I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and also this machine which sorry to say I should ve said earlier is the S10MAX model In my opinion and my experience they both deserve five stars

Hello I have a S9 Pro scooter 3 months I am very happy with it Although the beginning was not easy and required replacing the controller and speedometer the scooter itself meets my expectations It is light less than 12 kg and at the same time has good acceleration and sufficient speed Most importantly the batteries work really well and for me their work is enough for riding in the town even up to 25 km Price for that model is really good I recommended

I ordered the scooter and it arrived a day earlier than expected It is for my son but I took it out on a ride and love the regenerative breaking the suspension and the airless wheels Great scooter I also had some inquires after purchasing the scooter and they were quick to respond
