1 We bought an eJanis It is an excellent bike Clever step over design Half the weight of many ebikes we looked at My wife is delighted with it 2 Arrived 3 days after we ordered it Well packed Clear instructions about fitting front wheel charging battery setting up the App etc etc 3 Very helpful customer service we asked loads of questions on the phone before deciding to buy the bike 4 And we added the kick stand works well very stable Really pleased with Islabikes

Purchased a Rothan balance bike for my little girl arrived 2 days later and the quality of it surprised me expensive but you get what you pay for Can t wait for her to master it and get the next stage up will definitely stick with islabikes for every bike Great service fast delivery and above all great item highly recommend

Very helpful customer service - well above my expectations they helped me diagnose the problem with the gears not just by email but also phoned me up I ve been buying childrens bikes for over 15 years and although these are at the top of the price range you certainly get what you pay for Being a little bit lighter makes it that much easier to ride and enjoy These are the best bikes if you want your kids to have the most accessible cycling experiences

I purchased an e-Jimi a few weeks ago It is a fabulous bike to ride Light enough to be an ordinary bike but has the power assist for when required The service from Isla bikes throughout the whole process from trial to delivery was excellent

We recently had a great experience with Islabike Unfortunately I acted a little too early and ordered a bike for our daughter s birthday in my hast I didn t take into account the regular growth spurts and realised 3 days before her birthday that the bike would be on the small side A phone call to Islabikes provided a swift solution not only did the very helpful Mandy answer the phone promptly she patiently listened to my dilemma and made sure that our daughter would have the correct size bike on her birthday So thanks to Mandy and Islabike for providing a great service while many are cutting back on everything and still blaming a virus that s been with us for 18months The bike is also a top quality product easily assembled in less than 5 minutes with the tools provided
