In Scarborough at The Lord Roseberrys it was extremely busy and a family of 6 came in ate and then was very rude to staff then twice grabbed the duty manager by the arm shouting at him he was very professional even after been abused There is no need to be so rude and aggressive to hospitality staff who are working hard when it is so busy

This is our 4th stay at the Crown in Worcester We are never disappointed the rooms are amazing beautifully decorated through spacious bathrooms and every need catered for I would highly recommend this hotel and intend to return many times

Visited Blackpool and went to all your restaurants All quite fair to be honest However your velvet rollercoaster was particularly nice It was the staff that made the difference Place is mobbed all the time and the team couldn t have been any nicer Casey was very attentive and even when I ordered the meal wrong he corrected it with a smile Very nice gentleman and the whole team were amazing Thank you for fast and flavoursome food

A great pub with great service and friendly vibes
The Masked Haunt in Old Street is our weekly watering hole and it never disappoints It has lots of tables and a fresh and airy atmosphere The staff are always friendly helpful and courteous The pub itself is very clean and the staff are constantly clearing tables The manager is always happy to help and very professional We always eat and today we had superb fish and chips served with a smile A great mix of customers all having a a good time lots of laughter and chilled vibes Our favourite pub in this part of London
