When choosing an airline Jetblue should be on the top of your list
Jetblue has been the only airline I trust to be on time Obviously there are exceptions when there s extreme weather conditions I compare there staff and customer service to Chick-fil-A service Always kind appropriate polite helpful and have a sense of humor which really helps lower my anxiety and be able to relax The aircraft itself are always clean and comfortable Side story I had a credit to Jetblue from a canceled trip and called the customer services to use it towards a different flight Right off the bat there were complications There was an issue with the tickets I was attempting to buy and there computer system wasn t allowing them to use my credit I immediately became frustrated and on attack mode due to being down this road with other airlines Long story short the customer service representative was patient understanding and able to work around the problem I was able to use my credit

JetBlue Many Thanks
JetBlue is fantastic I was in Cancun flying back home to Florida I didn t have the stamped immigration paperwork had misplaced it The flight was taking off in 25 minutes and I couldn t board without it I was freaking out inside I was with my teenage son and worried we wouldn t make it back home that day I was told we needed to go back to immigration So we started walking fast to immigration I had no idea how to handle this We got to lines at immigration and this older man comes up to us and says JetBlue sent him to help us I couldn t believe it This employee was an angel we skipped lines and he even grabbed my suitcase ran with us through the airport to try to get us back so we wouldn t miss flight Thank You JetBlue Cancun flight 114 I was so worried and you completely went above and beyond I will forever be a loyal customer

Pleasant shock
Pleasantly surprised I flew from London to New York and vice versa both flights were great At the price I paid I was expecting Easy Jet RyanAir level service But it blows any budget airline I ve ever flown with out of the water I m a frequant flyer to New York and before the pandemic flew Norwegian As expected with budget airlines I had to pay extra for snacks and drinks on top of an already more expensive ticket I was expecting the same but my Jet Blue flights including full meal services It was far more comparable to my Emirates flights rather than my budget airline flights Great friendly staff great food service the on board WiFi is for the first time I ve ever experienced an actual fast WiFi that stays connected very clean great amenity kit Trying to be hyper critical here the only downside was the slight delay on the return flight which is to be expected during holiday season

Had booked a trip with an third party
Had booked a trip with an third party provider for April 2020 using JetBlue as the airline then covid hit and trip was cancelled Third party site extended a credit for a year but I ve been on hold waiting for them for four hours true In the meantime I called JetBlue to see if i could get a refund or credit even though I booked through a third party site They found the old reservation and offered to refund to the original payment or add it to my JetBlue travel bank Knowing the original booking would have paid for and thus refunded tot he third party I was able to get the travel bank credit for the full airfare amount That wasn t the only time I was able to cancel exchange tickets during the past year Nobody has been perfect during this insanity but JetBlue has been near the top
