Delivery service
Very disappointed with delivery service which appears to be inconsistent Last order arrived within a few days but this item was sent out on May 7th and today May15th it still has not been delivered The tracking system is a farce as there seem to be no updates Star refers to this delivery system on this occasion only Goods received are usually of great quality customer service generally is also very good

Fantastic customer service
Ordered an ornament that due to no fault of Jim Shore arrived broken from transit They received my email on the 23rd of December which I thought meant no chance of a replacement arriving my Christmas Jim Shore went out of their way to ensure a new ornament was dispatched immediately on next day service to arrive by 12 noon on Christmas eve Fantastic service and the ornament looks fantastic Highly recommend them
