It s nice to have the feedback while running and the small suggestions on how to improve such as breathing techniques and arm positioning Looking forward to further improvements in my performance

I just did my first workout today The app developed a program afterward for me to follow each day for the upcoming week including optional strength training exercises for days between runs I like the daily plan- I added each day to my personal planner The strength training exercises are described and come with videos and timers I like the structure and the simplicity of the program

I love the plan and the meal ideas but I wish it was easier to swap out ingredients or tweak dishes

Easy to follow and there s no pressure to be perfect

I m just starting out with Joggo but have enjoyed it so far I enjoy having different workouts created for me so I don t have to put any thought in to it just throw on my headphones and go

I ve found it s a great way to slowly incorporate running at your own pace without getting overwhelmed I do wish there would be an option for at least some meal ideas if you don t want to set up an entire meal plan I love how simple the app is to follow and get around all while understanding where you re at and getting a vision for what you re to expect in the future

Good app and very helpful to be fit

Finally getting back in the game after 7 months off due to injury and I needed a little structure and help I saw joggo advertised on TikTok and decided to give it a go I m really impressed with the ease of access meal plans and running plans I m only a week in but so far so good I d highly recommend this app if you re just beginning It ll make your life so much easier

Provides direction which I was severely lacking I specifically like that it tells you when you should be slowing down this had made it so I can run longer than I ever could because I could never pace myself well before Will definitely continue use I can t comment on Weight loss yet as I am just beginning this process but I am quite optimistic

Great app for runners at all stages the assessment appropriately gauged where I was as a runner and the workouts have helped me become better in my running journey I had a slight problem with location services and the staff quickly and efficiently helped me log my runs appropriately The weekly emails also help with extra tips and meals are doable and taste good
