The app itself was ok but I didn t use it much as I m not one of nature s runners subscribing had seemed like a good idea at the time My objection is that I was charged for a second year s subscription without any prior notification Other things I m subscribed to notify me a week or so before resubscription so you have the option of unsubscribing

A word of warning

Like others have experienced trouble with the app failing to track runs But because i didn t report it within 14 days they won t do full refunds So beware it probably works for most people but doesn t work for some and they won t give you your money back So i m still paying as paid for a period upfront despite having to delete it

My rating is on customers service not the app itself For a period of time I was looking for an app to help me kick start my personal care journey Not sure if I signed up for a trail or went for the year subscription but this month it automatically reviewed with no notice Ski one of the team members referred me back to the written policy regarding renewals Personally I believe any company renewing a subscription on an annual basis should need to send you a reminder I ask for a refund and they decline to offer the full amount but they did refund 50 It was something Added comments -I appreciate the response to my review but the problem remains the same Companies are making money on individuals who forget they have tried the trial period service It s good for company profits but bad for the consumer

Update - disappointed

I really am enjoying the guidance and the plan So far so good UPDATE I am decreasing this to 2 stars One star down because the integration with the joggo apple watch app is abysmal Another star down because I ve logged support tickets for 3 days running and not heard a peep back Very disappointed

App is Technically Deficient

The Joggo app itself in design is great but the function is lacking The GPS and measuring ability is off sometimes by as much as 200m per km which over the course of 5km is quite a loss of distance And for an app the proclaims if you run 26 2 miles over the span of your first subscription they ll refund the price of the subscription those deviations can really add up Not to mention if you are training for a race you won t get accurate times or distances

I wish it was easier to move scheduled

I wish it was easier to move scheduled runs to different days in the Plan section Also my first run did not show up as I elected to do a 20 minute help us figure you out run Updated- I have now lost 3 runs based on non intuitive design You can t end an activity without doing the stretches or it won t record the run Horrible design
