Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible ordered express priority delivery on 12th as needed frozen reptile food and cat food spent over 100 pounds and were now on Wednesday 16th and still waiting for the delivery people please avoid jollies online shopping as its disgusting how they treat you and then when I complained they gave me 2 99 back good will gesture disgusting

Unable to set up an account

Unable to set up an account Keep requesting for a verification code to set up my account but always telling me that it is not valid Now given up after 6 attempts over 4 day period

Shop elsewhere

Purchased a cage over the internet with extra money off click and collect Travelled over an hour to pick it up to find it was the incorrect cage stocking levels not correct On asking to get a transfer to another store closer to home it sounded promising but after chasing 3 days later no movement had been made so empty promises and no update provided Ended up getting a cage elsewhere without having to collect

Online booking killing the company

I love jollies but will have to leave them as I can t get through the online booking system I already did 1st vaccination with help of lady over the phone but can t book second one even if I am already in the system Please do something about it

customer service was shocking

well not very happy with the customer service at all was spoken to by a member of staff terrible very rude hi name was Ryan he took my booking they call them self JOLLYS there was no jolly there i was there with my 12 week old dog to get his 2nd jab i will never use jollys again

Rude staff member Not helpful at all Very abrupt punky looking older lady Did not have what I wanted no alternative offered Dismissed me and moved onto next customer Won t be shopping there again

Went to pick what I had ordered and it

Went to pick what I had ordered and it wasn t even in the store yet online had said it was Told I would get a refund so just waiting on that coming through now A bit disappointing Won t give a specific store location as it Wasn t the actual stores fault and they did apologise which they should not have had to do but not great from online Store itself really great Sort out your online service because I feel this review would have negatively impacted the actual store if I had specified location which is extremely unfair on the wonderful staff who helped us with this and couldn t apologise enough

Not the same

I used to love this pet store as Penparc but since Jolleys have taken over many of the great everyday products aren t available and it s now expensive Very disappointing

Very disappointed with online services

Shop is nice and staff is friendly however there is a sale for 50 off on Seresto flee collar with click and collect We have spent the entire morning trying to buy it but it was unsuccessful We went into one of the shops to ask them for help Even they showed us they have it in stock but they also could not sort out their own website s issue They reserved the 2 left over collar and said somebody will call us on Monday We would like to buy 3 of these collars which we could do from another shop if it was working however now there is only two reserved We would need the treatment straight away and the sale will run out as well so it is very frustrating Also because the customer service does not pick up the phone and we drove down all the way here but nobody could help us

Your App is absolutely beyond rubbish

Your App is absolutely beyond rubbish The amount we spend regularly in your shop over the years we should have free calcium worms for life but both myself and my husband have NEVER received any vouchers via email or any emails In fact this is the first we ve ever received We have deleted your App as it only takes up valuable space on our phones for absolutely nothing
