The member of staff was to busy talking to his mate rather than concentrating on serving me felt no customer service at all

The guy in the shop was trying too hard to push me into making a donation that was more than my purchase and made me feel really uncomfortable

Not impressed with making my second

Not impressed with making my second attempt to purchase large mice from the Maskew Ave store in Peterborough as I have been told on both attempts over 3 weeks that there are no large mice available at the moment The shortage of stock is not good especially after 3 weeks

terrible product

Jollyes as a company did nothing wrong it was the product I bought a Peckish sunflower heart feeder the feeder has no perches for the birds to rest on and the sunflower hearts got wet the first time it rained I have had no birds on there since I hung it up where my older cheap ones do have birds on it Peckish need to redesign this feeder

Staff need better training

Since you keep bothering me with emails fine I will review Honestly it was very disappointing The staff clearly had no idea what they were talking about I asked if you stock a specific brand of cat litter and I was met with a confused look and a response we have cat sand Really The pet shop sells cat sand You mean the stuff I am holding here in my hand do you sell this Staff need better training Imagine walking into a wine seller and asking if they have a specific bottle or wine and they say we sell red wine Embarrassing I wasn t going to say anything but since I ve been emailed 3 times about it now then here you go

Like every Monday place where cut dog nails was closed because person was off sick I wonder if this person have some alergii for Monday

Click and Collect - Out of date products

Purchased 2 x Royal Canin German Shepard Puppy 12kg via the click and collect online service After returning home with my purchase I noted that both bags of food were beyond the best before date by around 3 weeks I appreciate that mistakes happen and staff may not have been aware but I feel the company overall should improve its stock rotation of specialty foods that maybe don t sell as fast as other brands As a result I had to return both bags of food for a refund The staff in store were very apologetic and couldn t have been more helpful in providing me with a refund Unfortunately I had to shop with a competitor to obtain the same products and I am unlikely to use the click and collect service with Jollyes as a result of this experience

Inaccurate pet club points system

Points system not correct Transactions not all showing in history many weeks missing and some money amounts spent are other people When asked for postcode and name for petclub points don t mean it s you on the system Can and sometimes is same surname same postcode somebody else
