I was the first customer was seen immediately after waiting forty minutes for a previous appointment I think it would be helpful if there is a seating area as the area becomes very busy

They went above and beyond for me

I came in this time just for my cat litter I get big bags of it each time I got to checkout to pay and the girl on the till said they are on offer 2for 17 would I like the offer I had struggled with the first bag carrying it so was gunna say no but the lovely girl on till said I ll get it for you and bring them out to the car if you want I was so grateful for this so I took up the offer and she proceeded to get the other bag and brought them both to the car for me which was parked just outside the doors in the disabled bay

Great experience with my birthday boy

Came in with my dog yesterday as it was his birthday the two ladies working there made such a fuss of him and gave him some freebie treats which was a nice touch Love coming here the staff are always so lovely

Warm welcome as soon as we walked through the door this was our 1st visit Plenty of space to have a good look Managed to find a fish plant I actually liked and some new dog treats for my babies to try they love them Good idea at the till to buy a can of dog food that gets donated straight to a charity Will definitely be returning This is at monks cross York
