very knowledgeable staff and very friendly genuinely care about animals We were purchasing gerbils and the staff were very thorough going through the pet release form and making sure we fully understood how to care for them so they are happy and healthy It s a shame management have decided to stop selling small animals in future such as gerbils and hamsters as buying from a reputable company means you know that the animals have been well looked after and the breeders have been checked

The prices are really good and I was gobsmacked to find out the prices of the vaccinations and especially the AHC They have an option for 120 for booster vaccinations for the entire life of pet The AHC is 120 for 1 pet or 170 for 2 but if you download their app and register for the PetClub account they go down to 108 per pet or 153 per 2 pets which I think is brilliant

3years ago my opinion of jollyes was poor The reason for this was appalling advice from vets that resulted in the death of a much loved pet and the poor customer services I received from staff the impression staff gave was they cudnt b bothered I chose 2take my custom 2 a competitor In the last 6months I have revisited jollyes in Runcorn and found the manager Dan 2be very helpful The advice he gave me saved a tank full of expensive fish Over time Dan has been extremely helpful knowledgeable regarding my questions on pets This is a man who cares about animals also who he sells 2 making sure the animals go 2the right owner He s passionate about what he does goes the extra mile He shows he genuinely cares about his job his customers To the senior management of jolleys Dan is a great investment 2ur business and I hope senior managers recognise this Ps the love birds are doing great

The young lady who served me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me with a feeding problem I had with my grieving cat She made some excellent suggestions on what foods might appeal to my cat wet and dry Because of her excellent suggestions I went home fed my cat and she ate everything up seems to have solved my problem or should I say- my cats problem I didn t catch her name but worked in the Wrexham store

I needed to buy flea and worming tablets for my dog and the lady who served me explained the diffrenent types they had and recommented one for the size of my dog She was really friendly and polite Excellent service I then needed to book my dog her injections and the lady directed me to the app amd showed me how to book an appointment

Our local branch of Jollyes is always a relaxed informative and pleasant experience The store is always clean and tidy items are easy to find even when layouts are changed The staff are all extremely polite and helpful There s nothing really you could ask more of them
