Returned to my car FLOODED
My car was parked in the car park and on the 2nd day the car park was flooded meaning I came back to a car that was written off from water damage You state this is the issue of Heathrow but you have to take responsibility for using a make shift car park that isn t level in the first place You do not disclose this or pictures of the compound you use to customers prior to them booking with you You also didn t contact me the day of the incident but instead waited until I was ready to collect the car to disclose the news Your customer service is despicable

Wouldn t bother with this company
Wouldn t bother with this company I booked Kar via compareyourparking on paper they seemed ok but I should have checked their reviews I used them for 3 nights in October 2024 upon my return they took 1hr 30mins to return my car and when it was return the sides of car have been damaged notifying the driver who stated I need to email this through When he parked my car he failed to apply the electronic handbrake and nearly crashed the car into the lamppost they say they have insured drivers but I think it s just anyone they can get hold off Regarding my complaint which I emailed the following day with pictures I m still waiting for a reply and chasing twice via email and twice via phone and each tie me being advised someone will call you back Oh hasn t anybody replied back to you Avoid and use other service Be careful KAR parking operate across a number of different alias on compareyourparking

This company were late collecting car
This company were late collecting car on drop off despite being phoned 30 mins before arrival On return to collect car it took several phone calls to get car returned and it took them 1hr and 25mins to return car Their driver apparently went to wrong terminal despite their controller being well aware of which terminal the car was supposed to be returned to The controller promised a full refund and they have not done so

Wow what a 1 star company
Drop off was fine but pickup was a disaster Not only was I waiting for over an hour after phoning multiple times and being lied too I can see where the car is and when it s unlocked I d followed their pickup instructions to the letter but the car was returned with mud inside the doors on the seats and the carpets - disgusting and looked like it was parked in a field and the driver had been wallowing in a mud puddle before getting in Do not use this company and believe they only get business because they are hidden behind companies like compare your parking who don t expose the company rating Called in and told the dispatcher can t do anything for refunds Emailed them and they don t even bother replying Avoid like the plague

I booked a meet greet at Heathrow Terminal 3 with Kar enterprise through a comparison site I called them at landing to tell them I was going to collect my luggage They said they would arrive 30 minutes later and insisted that I meet them at the drop off area and not at the short stay car park as originally planned because it was more efficient and cheaper Only 2 minutes later the driver called to say he was at the drop off area but we obviously were waiting for the luggage I gathered later that the driver left and we had to wait for 45 for our car to arrive The driver handed me the car over and left I asked if he had a car park ticket and said no as the first 30 are free One week later we receive a 40 penalty charge for not paying the parking fees at the drop off car park I contacted customer services 3 times and still no news Awful experience and customer service obviously inexistant and busy to change their company name
