Excellent engineer

Miele were slow to arrange an appointment which was then cancelled without notifying me However this was compensated by excellent service from the engineer who came to repair the dishwasher

Excellence of Miele Service

I wouldn t go anywhere else for service other than direct to Miele Their engineers come completely equipped with spare parts for even the oldest of machines so a repair can be effected without the necessity of a follow up visit Additionally where an appliance is beyond economic repair it is a huge relief that the full costs of a repair visit can be offset against the purchase of a new appliance which includes delivery commissioning and removal of old machine Miele do not then work out as expensive I am only on my 3rd Miele washing machine in 60 yrs

I m very happy The machine works beautifully and I feel all environmentally friendly using the eco setting The customer service people were lovely and kept their word about a discount and complimentary supplies

Grant the technician was simply amazing I have several Miele appliances and he took his time to check if they were working properly and showed me how to use them Miele is a great company making high class long lasting products

Engineer first class notified in advance of visit and return visit when parts obtained Friendly manner full explanation of fault and repair required Now works again
