The item ordered did not arrive as pictured it was missing a key part that was necessary It was a holiday weekend but my email was received acknowledged and proper action was taken the next business day I could not have asked for more I will use Kidsy again with confidence

I found the delivery to have been on time and your up to date updates great The only negative thing was the box came quite heavily damaged and had pieces of cardboard taped over a fairly large area of the box as well as a lot of packaging tape Fortunately nothing was damaged or missing
