Items said new but one of the box of the item was torn and when inside looked used I can t even give it as a gift

Shipping was great--unbelievably fast However the item I ordered was obviously a return it was a game and box was no longer shrink-wrapped It does appear that no pieces are missing

Product and the packaging looks nice but one of the corners was bent It came in a bubble envelope and it really should have come in a box with proper cushioning since many times it would be bought as a gift I think the item is very overpriced

The box came dusty and a big hole was cut into side of the box Car seat was dirty on bottom but clean in the actual seat where the baby goes thank God However it was expected in early Aug but came today 7 22 24 So happy about that

Received on time Very nice but so hard to remove trays and back seat Folding is easy except back seat tray won t go up do I took it off I thought the back seat would lay flat for an infant but it doesn t Having a hard time trying to figure out standing or seat if I ever get the back seat off Sorry this review is for Baby Trend sit and stand

Description said New but item had obviously been opened

I ordered something that was described as brand new However when I received the item the box was mangled up so bad it had been taped almost completely up Upon inspecting the item inside it was very apparent it had been opened the plastic wrapping was all ripped and manual crinkled up The only reason I m leaving 3 stars is because it doesn t seem to appear the item has actually been used I ordered the item as a gift so it s extremely disappointing I definitely won t be gifting it as I had planned in the condition it came This was my first time ordering from this site so maybe this is normal but if so I wish it would have clarified so in obvious site

There were multiple missing pieces to my order Customer service did refund my purchase in a timely manner Still had to order the present from another site to properly get the toy

What you should expect buying a display item

So nice to receive a discount since my baby is at the end of fitting After 1 time checking the Duna at the gate though the handle broke it cracked If I bought it full price I would have been upset but that s what you get for buying something that has probably taken a beating out in a store somewhere

Shipping and delivery is difficult

Shipping was listed as requiring an adult signature with ID could not sign a slip I m unclear on why this is necessary for a stroller and there was no ability to arrange delivery for when my husband and I who both work full time could be home This was not clear upon purchasing Still waiting to receive the product

There was a very important piece missing

There was a very important piece missing from the package The reason I know because we bought the exact same one at Lowe s but it was a black one We purchased a bronze one from Kidsey and returned the other This seemed like it was on open box item and the pice needed helps the gate not from coming off when opening it up when you need to lock it It s the bottom right locking mechanism to keep it in tact
