I would not like to come back The queues are bad They need to either shorten the time or let less people in as been here 4 hours and only achieve 5 missions Kids looked so bored waiting around for long periods of time And if you have a bad back or any other medical forget it as not much sweating and food over priced Use to be lots here but lots of closed units

Hell on earthA wonderful concept but so very badly executed We arrived 15 minutes before our time slot as it says to do only to be told to come back in 10 minutes as a school trip was arriving We then got the full airport check-in stress of standing in a massive queue for 30 minutes Once inside it was absolutely manic every single activity had a queue of at least a dozen children outside meaning a 30 minutes wait for every activity My 6 and 8 year old would wait 10 minutes then declare they didn t want to do the activity and we would go and queue outside another u til they got tired of that too Many of the staff were hopeless at explaining to the children what they were supposed to be doing in their activity The best bit was parents standing in a queue to hold a space for 4 children so when you and your child thought they were next in guess what More children appear in the queue and you have another 15 minutes to wait I would say 70 of the 4 hour time slot was spent queuing And when the children can spent their kidzo currency parents aren t allowed in the shop nothing is priced and they all come out with a hatching unicorn dinosaur egg I would give 1 star but the children enjoyed their time so have given 2 stars Parents be warned take ear plugs and a hip flask to make this experience bare able The laugh of it was when we rocked up at a jungle cave for dinner without a reservation and they apologised that it would be a 10 minute wait we just laughed because that was NOTHING compared to what we had had to endure at Kidzania

Really nice idea but poorly managed and very over-crowded We went on the weekend and the line was around 50 minutes long Perhaps we will try again on a weekday or holiday Expensive for what it is

Found it a bit expensive and overwhelming for my kids Think better when they re a bit older But do appreciate the amount of time and effort put into this sort of staging

Took the children fine then we asked if we could pop in and see them after a couple of hours We were told we had to pay 18 to go in or come back half hour before they had to go While I think the place seems great for kids they just don t seem to realise parents might like to check their children Absolutely shocking lack of care on their part and for the money you would think that they may actually understand how parents my be with their children

I took my 4 yo son to visit the place he was really excited seeing the website and excited on arrival as we walked in It is a great idea the queues when we came on Friday 12 pm were not long However the lazy uninterested rude stuff makes it an experience I am not sure we would be having again My son is very shy but he particularly liked being a delivery man so he wanted to go to it twice second time I was told he can t join by a rude member of stuff shooing him like a fly because first time round he didn t deliver the boxes right apparently The idea behind learning is great but lazy uninterested stuff makes a child feel terrible for making mistakes while learning I d say never come here if u have a neurodivergent child as the stuff will make u and your kid feel totally miserable

As a single father I went for my twins birthdays mid week during Oct half term The ques outside were moving at a good pace then check in was a bit manic but also moved at an ok pace Once inside I was a bit lost as to what to do as it was my first time there there was no map as far as I know and I was advised by another parent that has been a couple times that there is an app that has a map on it I don t really want to download an app that requests loads of permissions for my information for a one time visit so I didn t bother as that would burn my time there the activities were mainly fun some boring so we didn t do a lot we only managed to do 5 activities in our 4 hour slot the Kidzania money thing is a bit of a joke its a good idea and the kids enjoyed earning money but the cost of the items on the way out were unbelievable you get 50 Kidz money and have to earn money per job or pay to do activities so you get paid to be a police officer but have to pay to become a fireperson this really doesn t allow them to earn enough to buy a pencil or a rubber on the way out some really cheap tat cost 250 kidz money so the kids were very disappointed on leaving we also got a credit card in the kidz bank which we thought they could earn interest on but this didn t happen and some card readers were broken and they couldn t get paid into their accounts or pay for activities if it wasn t for the few just hired staff that understood they would not have been allowed to go in the activities a lot of the uniforms were really worn out and looked like old rags and the helmets were tattered and the wrong size overall the twins had a fun day and I was knackered as there wasn t many seats for the parents to sit while the kids ques up Oh and the ques oh my day the longest one we queued for was 35mins for Cadburys the 25mins for Fire person and 22mins for Police so be prepared to wait for the popular ones

Took my son there and he enjoyed it very much Staff there are great the only down fall was the gift shop at the end of the day Very expensive overall I would go again but I would say the entrance should cost less

So many issues 1 The staff are either late teens or early 20s they don t have any experience working with kids Very miserable For the price paid for the tickets I expect more out of them For example my child went into one of the activities and the lady said I have already cleaned up so he can t come in we had 25mins before Kidzania closed so I got really frustrated 2 Not only that but there aren t enough seats for waiting parents 3 My partner couldn t make Kidzania in time and they refused to refund the price of his ticket 4 My child went to every single activity and saved up all his money However when we got to the giftshop there wasn t much in stock other than a tiny book and a small bouncy ball He was really disappointed However my child loved the activities It is a great concept if they ironed out a few kinks

we had our son s bday party at the Westfield mall location averall good staff were a bit overwhelmed on a Saturday felt like a zoo But they were nice in the way they interacted with the kids Food package a bit expensive for what it is not enough juice for the entire party Cake quality was average overall kids had a good time just I think it s a bit overpriced for what it is
