From start to finish this training provider made this such an easy process The training modules made learning interesting and I found it so easy to retain the relevant information due to the way in which it was presented I undertook the completion of the modules three times over a two week period and in addition I printed off the pdf extra guidance which I found to be invaluable and could read on the bus I will be saving that for future reference The mock exam instilled confidence of what I d learned from the modules On the lead up to the exam absolutely nothing was a trouble to Hellen at all even down to going to the trouble of making sure I had all IT sorted with Google Chrome for the exam Thank you so much Knight Training particularly Hellen for all your help it was truly appreciated 90 Pass with no prior professional knowledge or experience can t be bad and to the credit of the training
