Did not work on Mac at all My instructor was very helpful though

An absolute disgrace

I paid 160 for membership before I realised that all of the classes cost extra An honest mistake I asked if it would be possible to get a refund Originally I was told that would be no problem until 2 months later I had still not received this I then phoned back up and they told me there would be a 36 admin fee for refunding me An absolute disgrace

Course ok Exam dire

The course itself is much as I was expecting and cover off all topics The exam at the end was an absolute farce Hugely onerous to sign up to an unnecessarily complicated online exam portal Probably would not use again

Disliked how the questions did not explain enough how to do them Abit more interactive would help also

the exam itself was fine

the exam itself was fine but completing the modules was hell had to sit and wait for a voice to read everything at 20 words per minute with no option to move onto the next slide without the voice ever finishing and the best part was my modules crashed multiple times causing me to sit through 10 15 minutes of slides to get back to where i was before the crash

I thought the training was very good but the exam process was quite complicated The system check was difficult to carry out having to refresh the page numerous times throughout
