Excellent experience buying my new MacBook Pro I discovered KRCS since they offer a rare NHS discount on their website which saved by almost 100 off the purchase of my new computer The team were communicative in answering my questions on how the discount and trade-in promotion worked I received my machine very quickly the day after ordering I used their trade-in service which was very simple and provided me with a shipping label to send in my old Mac no packaging provided though I was pleasantly surprised that my Mac was valued higher than the original quote and that sum was refunded back to the card I used to make the original order within two days I will be recommending KRCS thank you

Impeccable 2 year warranty on MacBooks - even better than Apples own offering
I was worried when after 15 months of ownership of my MacBook Pro that I would be outside of warranty support on my screen failing After reaching out Henry assured me that they cover all products beyond the 1 year standard Apple warranty and they offer 2 I sent on Monday and it was back fully working in perfect condition on FridayIt can be so daunting when something so expensive has an issue hopefully anyone reading this can be assured that the aftercare and service from KRCS is of a very very high standard and they ve got your back Thanks again to customer support and the technicians there

Absolutely Fantastic
MacBook stopped working just before I was able to migrate everything to my new one It was showing absolutely no signs of life Went into KRCS and was walking out 25 minutes later with it working again 10 10 service they were quick thorough and super helpful If I m entirely honest I wasn t 100 sure about going to anywhere that wasn t an Apple Store even though these guys are Authorised Service Partners But I couldn t have been proven more wrong one of if not the best tech IT services I ve ever had Will definitely be using them again

Amazing experience
Amazing experience The bad reviews nearly put me off but you have to remember people only say something if the experience was bad or extremely good I purchased an imac through the education store as I am a student I ordered Wednesday night past the cut off for next day and it arrived Friday morning I contacted customer services and spoke to Steve Syme who was extremely helpful It s nice to deal with a company who doesn t just send out items and that s it They genuinely want their business to do well and so it makes sense that they care about their customers too I would definitely purchase from here again as opposed to the apple store their delivery time was 2 weeks

Went to the Nottingham store as my phone had crashed and had pictures of my mum who passed away on there There was 2 gentleman sorry I didn t get names who were amazing who was able to reset my phone They have now received a new customer as I won t go anywhere else and will recommend them to everyone I speak too I can t thank you guys enough
