The On-line banking works ok for me now I ve negotiated it It is harder on a Iphone partly because of the small screen rather than a computer but I m able to manage thanks

Visited the new Gloucester branch today to sort out my on line banking Rachel Vella customer assistant was tentative and very helpful guiding me through the clunky process but on a down side the new branch lacked access to Wi-Fi which meant I had to conduct my transactions in the shop window to gain Wi-Fi access with no privacy Overall nice looking branch poor Wi-Fi gif customers like the previous branch and in this day and safe of business short sighted

Advice about our mortgage I had an appointment with John Mortgage Advisor on Wednesday 30th October to discuss our fixed rate mortgage which ends soon John was polite and professional He was clear in his explaining of our options and he asked lots of questions about our circumstances to make sure that he was able to offer a product to suit us John was very interested and sympathetic to our circumstances He also offered advice about support services that we could contact of the necessity arise I was very pleased with the service I received from John on behalf of the Leeds BS

GOOD costumer Service team
Their customer service team was really good I had to call them twice as their online tool to move founds between accounts and secure messages tool didn t work but the issue was solved calling their CS Team They answer promptly are based in the UK and they also backtracked my interest from when I originky tried to make the switch online Def there is room for improvement related to their online website tool but was happy with my experience with the CS team

Very helpful and friendly staff Good competitive accounts The only thing I find odd is when you make a withdrawal why do they want to know why you are making a withdrawal and what you are going to do with the money It feels a bit intrusive

Opened an online ISA savings account and transferred an ISA that was ending into it At the time of opening the interest rate was 4 75 however since August 24 it has dropped to 4 4 so although a fair rate just a bit disappointed I have found the website difficult to cope with I think the security is over sensitive hence four stars

Excllent Service from the Leeds Cheltenham
I find the Leeds the easiest building society to deal with No unnecessary faff They quickly grasp what I m trying to do and have knowledgeable staff who help guide me through and quickly and efficiently get things done This specifically relates to the Cheltenham branch staff My only slight criticism is the opening hours but brilliant to have a relatively local branch still
