Great service from the Leeds in Manchester The lady I saw Tracey couldn t have been nicer and explained everything fully I used the Leeds as it is one of the few financial services that offers a face to face service that I prefer

Pleasant professional staff

Today me and my wife called in at the Barnsley branch to enquire about transferring our ISAs and expecting to have to make an appointment to do so but having talked to Sarah she told us we could go ahead with doing it straight away She talked us through what we was about to do and transferred our ISAs without any problems Such pleasant and professional staff are hard to come by nowadays Well done Leeds thank you Sarah

Excellent Service Leeds Building Society Watford

I visited the Watford branch of Leeds Building Society today seeking help with a small administrative task regarding my Mother-in-Law s estate Farheen dealt with it quickly but then offered to complete the broader process of which the task was a small part This avoided the need for a separate letter to the Leeds head-office team Thank you Farheen for going above and beyond and delivering really great customer service

My wife and I renewed our ISAs today with the Leeds Building Society Reading branch We spoke to Cherie who as usual gave us five-star service We have had dealings with Reading branch of the Leeds for many years Cherie in particular and the service is exemplary-an example for other providers to follow This is the sort of old-school service that seems to be dying out in most other companies in this country Thanks very much Leeds BS Reading branch
